It’s a nice place right in key west. We enjoyed the pool area and rented bikes for a day. Duval St and other sights are walkable. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. It’s more like a hostel, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything.

Very good value for money. We had a very spacey room in front of the pool. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The stuff was friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. Definitely a highlight of your trip!

Nicht sehr sauber. bei unserem zimmer hat man von draussen in die dusche gesehen. Personal war aber freundlich. Preis leistung stimmt nicht.

Obwohl es eine „Jugendherberge“ ist, hätte es eigentlich den Titel Hotel verdient. Einzig die Zimmer sehen nach einer Jugendherberge aus. Der Personal ist sehr freundlich, es gibt nachmittags sogar kostenlos einen kleinen Snack, den man an einen der 4 Pools einnehmen mit kostenlosem Starbucks Kaffee einnehmen kann. Alles in allem „toll“. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We picked the property because it met our primary needs: affordable, two beds, and a hot tub.... This property delivered. The front staff was welcoming....the housekeeping staff was less than ...like there was literally none...but we are fairly neat and tidy and it was no bother. Will definitely return. We rented a private room with a bunk. There is a power outlet and light at each bed. The Starbucks coffee is a nice touch and the drink prices were much cheaper than anything on Duval. We did pregame at the hotel bar a time or two.

The only downside is you can hear all the noise like where the other rooms open and close and when people are walking. However, love the fact that we were able to use the pool until at late night hrs. Everything is accessible. They need to renovate the shower head.

Cancelation policy cost me a lot of money. Canceling a month in advance will cost you 5 months out of the year. With the 30 day cancellation policy will cost you. Not flexible at all for 1 day miss. Disappointed in hotel and Expedia. Disappointed enough to not want to go to hotel or keywest again. Switching me and company use from Expedia to other booking app.

Enjoyed our stay! We had a convenient room near the main door, however we heard music playing early because we were also by the pool/breakfast area. I will stay again, just might request further back on the property. If you are sensitive to music while sleeping (past 8 a.m.) like me, hope this helps for a perfect stay!
