Das Zimmer war an sich ganz schön, allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber, vor allem in der Küche und der Boden. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, weil das Bett vom Schlafsofa benutzt war. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr genervt. Das zweite Zimmer war ähnlich, da gab es noch Lippenstiftflecken auf dem Handtuch. Im dritten Zimmer haben wir letztlich selbst den Boden gewischt. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Matratze ist sogar für Kinder zu dünn.

Everything was okay except that check out is at 11am and by 10am I had thre cleaning crew opening my door for one and they just stood there talking loud. We felt pressured to leave.

The property itself is fine the issue is their policies. I booked for a single day initially and then wanted to extend my stay for a second day. Doing so the system glitched and my initial booking for a single day got cancelled. I still went ahead and booked again but now two days instead of only one. The issue was that they took my money from the first booking and never refunded me, if I had purposefully cancelled my booking I would understand that they do not refund me, but it is ridiculous that because of a glitch I am not getting my money back. And the worst part about it all is that I always intended to stay there and even extended my stay, for them to basically steal my money

Arrived at 10:20 on Sunday night and nobody was at desk for a period of nearly 10 minutes. Once she showed up, she wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile, and really shouldn’t work in retail facing business! Inside or facility was much nicer than outside portrayed. Only error internally was the shower had no body wash!

We liked the location since we could walk to a couple of restaurants/bars. The staff was really helpful. Nice accommodations for the price. There was not a jet ski rental next to the resort like we thought, but the rest met or exceeded our expectations.

It was nice to be in the canal but lake of maintenance and being there for 7 days we could have had room service more than once had to get our toilet paper and towels shower was missing one sliding door so water all over the floor so won't be back here soon till they clean it up. Maybe get somebody to know that can manage it

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was immaculately clean! Comfortable bed! Great location. Beautiful accommodations. Need a bottle opener in the kitchen. The outside of the unit was recently painted and they missed taking the tape and paper off of the outside light. The large TV in the upstairs bedroom- we could not get it to work. It would power up but could not connect to the internet to see any shows. Not a big issue since we didn’t really care to watch TV. The walls were thin so we could clearly hear entire conversation from the next room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice and spacious with a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Walkability to two restaurants across the canal was great once we realized we could walk along the canal after passing Aqualung all the way to the restaurants. And we could walk to a nice park via the canal, then turning onto a sidestreet. In general Key Largo is not the most walkable town because everything seems to be along highway 1. There is a sidewalk that appears to go most of the length of Key Largo, though it is right beside the road. In all we very much enjoyed our stay at Waterside Suites. One of the snorkel companies has an office at the hotel, which makes joining them extra easy with no driving. Florida Bay Outfitters has great kayak rental and tours, not too far of a drive from the hotel.

This is a great area with local restaurants and bars nearby. It is located near the water and has a patio that offers nice views. Unfortunately, there were some issues with cleanliness. There was blood on sheets and also had a bug issue that required us to buy bug spray and spray the entire area. This place is being renovated and has an opportunity to really clean up nicely.

We were looking for a dog friendly hotel for our 2 days jetski trip in the Keys. The staff was very caring. We had a double jetski trailer and there was a covered parking lot equiped with fresh water hose to clean the machines from the salt. The two story room with a view on the canal was incredibly clean and comfortable. We recommended it to a few of our friends and we will go back for sure! Thanks for the stay!

We weren't able to stay here for longer than 1 night and we arrived late. The property/ room was awesome - very spacious. Like a small town home. Kitchen, patio, bath and living area on main floor and bedroom/ bath upstairs. Very nice - wish we could have stayed longer and been able to enjoy the pool and other amenities.

Our stay was great--the place was perfectly clean and ready. The slight downside was the noise from the bar/restaurant across the canal but by the time we went to bed around 11 pm it was not very noticeable. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would definitely recommend!

More space than we really needed for two, but nice to have the bedroom upstairs. Very comfortable in every way. While the trip got cancelled due to the weather, very cool to be able to book a snorkeling tour right on the property with Sundiver Snorkel Tours. This stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Our full stay was good but the check-in wasn't great. First, half of the property was being repainted on the outside and they put in that half. In their defense they said this was the quite side because of a noisy bar right across the canal. This was true. There was tape around windows, doors and room numbers. Made it hard to find the room. The room they assigned up was not ready. They then gave us another room. OK. The room was nice, clean and looked out over the canal. Unfortunately, we were in bed and at 10 pm someone tried to come in but stopped with they saw it was occupied. Turns out they gave our room to someone else too. They left and were given another room. At 11:30 pm there was another know on the door to apologize for this. Unfortunately, this woke us up as we have early dives the next day. Another unfortunate thing was that the door had no deadbolt or any other way of locking from the inside. Other than this, the stay was great. No complaints. It was close to restaurants and the dive shops. We saw some manatees at night and iguanas during the day. Had a good stay.

First thing was the check in staff charged me $86.62 dollars more than what my Expedia paperwork showed. I asked them to explain it, but they literally could not, and would not explain it. Thanks to Expedia for getting me a refund of the overcharge. They were painting the outside of the property, and the outside walkway to the room was loose dirt and cement. This was tracked into the room, but our living room floor seemed as though it had not been swept or vacuumed before we checked in. The staff were nice, but everything about the property spoke of inefficient management, and uncleanliness. The outside of the property was cluttered with junk, and excess items. It looked very trashy for lack of a better description.

We drove from Miami to Key largo and when we arrived at the hotel they said that Expedia overbooked our hotel room and we had to cancel our plans and drove back. They told us that they didn’t have any room for us.

Hotel is undergoing renovations but rooms available for rent were exceptional. Rooms have balconies overlooking an inter coastal canal. Rooms have two levels with sleeping quarters on second level so there are stairs involved. Bathroom on each level with shower on second level. Full size refrigerator and cooking capacity. A/C was not working properly in first room but moved to another room with perfect temperature control. Out of the way a bit but we’ll worth the experience
