良いホテルです。 安い割には部屋が広く快適です。 景色も良かったです。 ついつい居心地が良く延長しました。 飲食店もほどほどにあり、ハードロックカフェで生バンドの演奏を楽しみながらお酒も飲めました。 スーパーもあり部屋でご飯を作って食べれます。 サウナを楽しみにしていったんですが、温度が60度までしか上がらないのが残念でした。

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area.

overall is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. the facility is good as well the only concern is the mattress and blanket is look like not so clean as we can see the stain obviously and the extra blanket store in cabinet is dirty.

Disappointed :(
Room looks old and drain smell in toilet. Tables are so dirty. Sofa old, dirty, small and uncomfortable. Quite disappointed as from the photos everything looks so nice and comfy. Intially i thought i would wanna spend most of the time in such a cozy room to relax but ended up i keep going out as i dont feel really comfortable. Some things in the room are not working also. As most hotels only provide one free parking ticket per room per day, only good thing for this hotel is that if u drive u can go in n out many times and still free parking using the hotel card. Air con works well tho.

This was a unit in an upscale condo in the suburbs of Johor Bahru. It was well run and had an excellent staff. It was very presentable and very large. The real problem is location. While it had restaurants and grocery stores nearby, it was very much off the tourist route. But transportation in Johor, like most of Malaysia, is not expensive and we could travel where we wished without difficulty. There were a few minor maintenance issues but anything we reported was immediately repaired. The pool and views were great. We looked across the water to Singapore.

The hotel was well taken off. Everything was excellent. The security guard, front desk, and everyone were so polite and helpful. The room was super duper clean. Happy to stay there for 3 days and 2 nights. Thank You Pine Tree Marina Resort.

Need to improve on cleanliness, sofa fabric is dirty and felt some itchiness. Small insect in the toilet, toilet sink overflow when on tap and bidet spray leak. Unit is spacious and air con is good but only setback is the breakfast serve as bento set.

the apartment was spacious and conditions good. the check in and check out were smooth and the staff was great! It is just above Hard Rock Cafe and other dining choices nearby. However you can hear motorcycles revving noise at night if you stay in room facing city. My room can hear generator-like sound at night but acceptable to me, can treat it as white noise. Overall, nice place and I will stay again in the future.

The reception, the housekeeping is 5-stars rrated. The service if the duty manager is amazing. Checking in and out, breakfast arrabgenent was a brisk. The nasi lemak breqkfast set was quite delicious but could be better if guests are guven options.

I was given an Upgrade to Executive Room. The Microwave Oven, Washing Machine are Great. But the Marble flooring was not Polished and Sofa set looked old & dirty. I booked a Breakfast set, Nasi Lemak taste good but Coffee & Tea did not given any Sugar & Dairy. Facilities like Pool, Library, need to do something.

I'd arrived there at 6.30 p.m. but they didn't do cleaning yet.They said I had to wait my room till cleaning is done and there was no any room or compensation. 1 hour later, cleaning wasnot done yet. My kids were so tired and they cried. I still cannot understand why they didn't finish cleaning till evening time.

Rooms are clean and nice. WiFi connection is not so good. Keeps breaking up. Breakfast is served via bento box with a fruit, 2 piece of pastry, with a packet of noodles and coffee or juice. Overall, for the price, the room is good.
