Wir waren 2x hier. Das erste Zimmer war top. Beim 2.en Besuch lief leider das wasser der Dusche bis in den Flur und es eoch auch moderig im Zimmer. Das muss behoben werden.

Der Grund für unsere Übernachtung in diesem Hotel war unsere verspätete Ankunft in Johannesburg. Der Flughafen und seine Umgebung sind sehr unsicher für Touristen, deshalb wollten wir keinen weiteren Transport in ein weiter entferntes Hotel. Für eine Übernachtung ist das Hotel ideal. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sehr schön, aber sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Restaurantbereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Es gibt Security im Lobbybereich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort nächtigen.

Overall the hotel was excellent, my one and only complaint would be that the room we occupied on the dates's 14th- 16th April had alot of noise going on around that area during the night mainly from the metal stairwell, car park and the slamming of doors.Not an ideal side of the hotel to be in if after a long and exhausting flight...and a good nights sleep was needed !

While we do not supply bottled water in our guest rooms in a bid to reduce single use plastic, we do offer free access to the Hydration Station near reception, which dispenses filtered, magnesium-enriched, chilled and room temperature, still and sparkling water. We will ensure our reception team communicates this more effectively at check-in.

Stayed 2 nights. It is an average airport hotel with a high turnover rate. It needs a refresh and management knows this because there is a sign in the lobby that states changes are going forward. Best aspect of the hotel is that it is in the airport itself, so you can walk to your flight. This why I stayed. Staff was fine. Rooms show heavy signs of wear and tear which detracts from cleanliness.
