Die zimmern müssen erneut renoviert werden ziemliche altes zustand. Zu teuer für den Preis

Sehr nettes Personal und die Fähre ist schnell erreichbar. Es ist ein schönes, Hotel in super Lage, auch wenn es schon etws in die Jahre gekommen ist. Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht öffenen zum lüften. Das sollte bei einer Renovierung bedacht werden. Das Schwimmbad ist für ganze !zwei Jahre! geschlossen. Leider wussten wir das bei der Buchung noch nicht, denn der Hauptgrund für die Buchung war das Schwimmbad. Teilweise wird hier und auf anderen Plattformen noch mit dem Schwimmbad als Text oder Bild geworben, auch wenn mitlerweile irgendwo unten steht, dass es für zwei Jahre geschlossen ist. Da wäre eine frühzeitige Komunikation definitiv besser gewesen. Ansonsten ist der SPA Bereich mit einer Sauna und einem Dampfbad sehr angenehm. Auch dort sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Sind jetzt das zweite mal hier gewesen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders die Entfernung zur Fähre ist spitze. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Hotel ist gut, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Fernseher und sehr wenige Programme. Total überteuerte Minibar. Der Mitarbeiter vom Parkservice schläft morgens in der Lobby und muss erst vorsichtig geweckt werden von der Rezeptionistin. mit schläfrigem Blick wird dann der Autoschlüssel gesucht. Geht besser !!! Alles in allem ist das Hotel gut aber der Service war schon besser in den letzten Besuchen.
