The gentleman at the front desk was nice and tried his best but the hotel is out of room keys so when i checked in he had to unlock the room for us and we have no key for our stay. Guess we're in the room till checkout

I was told when I checked in that the water would be turned of from 8:00am the following morning and would not be turned on until 5:00pm. Luckily we where gone all day so we where not affected. My room was not very clean. There was makeup smeared on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom area. The stove was so old I was afraid to turn it on. The 3rd night I stayed the CO2 detector started beeping about 10:30 PM. There was no chair in the room so I could not reach it to reset it. I went to the front desk and the night desk clerk dug around and found a battery and gave me an end table to stand on. I could not get the cover off and he did not have a screw driver. I was able to reset it and it was quiet until about 4:30 the next morning. When we left the hotel that morning we asked the front desk staff to make sure it was fixed before we returned that evening. It was not fixed. We returned at about 8:30 that evening and as soon as we walked in it was beeping. I immediately went to the front desk and the clerk saw that it had been written on the log but had not been taken care of. He could not find the battery that I had left with the night clerk. He came to the room and took the battery out of it and left it hanging open. The following morning we where greeted to a lobby full of police officers. The staff was very nice but that is not enough for me to recommend staying there again.

Had bedbug’s I informed them they said sorry bout that had take my stuff back To My truck final for them switch my room but was a hassle bcse my grandkids where sleeping didn’t give any for my inconvenience
