This place is right off the main drag in what would seem to be an upscale and ascendant suburb of Indianapolis. It's close to the interstate(s) and to local eateries, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. Our room was clean and spacious. It was easy to maintain a comfortable sleeping temp without a lot of noise; the room was pretty quiet actually given proximity to lots of car traffic. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. The young lady on shift when we checked had the unpleasant duty to inform us that the pool was unexpectedly closed due to a mishap with one of the juvenile guests, but that was clearly beyond the control of the property and that was literally the only negative.

Construction going around and exit to hotel is gone so had to take longer routes around to hotel and our destination area. No warning given about this.

Toilet didn’t work in room and they just kept giving us a plunger instead of actually trying to help. (3 times)
Hair & brown stains on blanket.
Nice pool and hot tub, staff was kind but not very helpful

Staff was friendly. The property needs updating and a deep clean (vents, etc.). Lots of construction in the area.

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Really only complaint I have is the hot water isn’t that strong in the showers and there’s no full curtain in the window so there was a bright light just shining into the room all night. But neither of those things make or break my experience.

There was no breakfast (Check in person told me to go down the block for breakfast), no ice machine, Room was not an 8.0 like the advertisement. For the money this was a poor selection of hotels.

I didn’t like the fact that I was woke up out of my sleep at five and 7 AM in the morning to the smoke detectors going right now I most definitely hated the fact that when I got up tried to brush my teeth and freshen up before checking out, there was no water at all at the time that I checked out, there still was no water and I did not like the fact that it was a flood in the hallway at two different spots down from my room and another thing I did not care for the front office staff the guy that was there at my check in time I feel he was rude and nasty acting

No soap or shampoo in the room. Lights in bathroom didn't work. Room was clean.

everything was fine during our stay, only issue we had was with the hot water in the shower.
