Sehr schönes großes Hotel mit wunderschöner Pool Landschaft. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet ein kleines Hausriff welches zum Schnorcheln einlädt. Einzige Abstriche müssen wir beim Essen machen. Das Essen war ziemlich einfach gehalten. Wahrscheinlich hängt dies mit Corona zusammen.Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es am Pool sowie am Strand keinen Service. Somit musste man zum Teil lange Weg auf sich nehmen um Getränke zu holen. Wir werden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und wünschen uns für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt mehr Service am Strand und Pool.

Sehr schönes Hotel bei dem nichts fehlt!
Ich war eine Woche im März mit meiner Freundin dort. Zimmer schön und sauber, so wie die ganze Anlage. Essen war sehr lecker und durch die vielen verschiedenen Restaurants kann man jeden Tag etwas anderes essen. Wenn man immer bedient werden will, sollte man anfangs ein bisschen Trinkgeld geben (wir haben 50 Pfund = ca. 2,5€ gegeben). Ab dann sind die "Kellner" sehr um das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Der Strand ist sehr schön und gepflegt, nur ist es nicht optimal von dort aus ins Meer zu gehen - dafür wurde aber der schwimmende Steg gebaut. Von dort aus kann man auch gleich gut schnorcheln. Fazit: extrem schöner Urlaub; Hotel war Top und es hat an nichts gefehlt!! Auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nice vacation , the breakfast was poor but the Dinner and lunch was excellent , they charge me extra by claimed that the children over 4 years consider adult there was no flexibility while check in and the reception staff was un professional at all , I think this hotel was over rated and not good value for money

We had an excellent holiday with a family and 2 small kids. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean, well kept, the swimming pool was huge. We liked the food that varied a lot and it was tasty and the selection was amazing. The sweets/deserts section was a little bit small and repetitive, but that was not a problem at all for us (trying to prevent kids from eating sweets all the time). All the staff was extremely helpful and polite. There was a disco dancing every night. I would definitely return to this resort.

Every thing was ok until getting poisoning food
My wife and I stayed for three nights from 7 April 2018 to 10 April. Hotel is very nice and clean. Service is a great beach is very good. Other all inclusive we have stayed at. Food was tasty but biggest issue is getting food poisoning and going home early. It was not just upset stomach but vomiting and diarrhea. I went to the nearest pharmacy to buy medication there I found about five guests in the hotel had the same symptoms. We called the manager, and he said this is maybe from the water of the swimming pool I told him that we didn’t use the swimming pool at all. It's hard to enjoy the nice resort when you feel like crap. It couldn't even think of eating there after being up to four times during the night throwing up. We left the next day early as we got very sick. You have been warned.

Mixed review. Some great & some poor experiences.
My stay at the Albatros Palace was a bit of a mixed bag. I suppose I have a overall neutral review and would probably try another resort if I came back to Hurghada. Remember, Egyptian standards aren’t what they are in Europe but the prices are much cheaper! Pros: • Cleanliness: Rooms and facilities are very clean • Room: Spacious room with a nice balcony and large king sized bed • Food: Plentiful food (though bland and repetitive), at least one place to eat is almost always open • Staff: Friendly staff that spoke English • Location: Good location about 20 minutes from bus station and airport • Quiet: Entertainment and noise ended promptly at 11pm every night • Sales: Excursion sales team wasn’t too aggressive. I was only approached twice (though I listen to headphones when I sit by pool) • Chairs: I always found a good pool chair or daybed Cons: • Internet; Intermittent wifi speeds, no connection inside room • Insects: Flies around pools and beach and mosquitoes on balcony at night • Plumbing: No hot water for shower (I had to request plumber visit to fix) • Service: Requested departure taxi to airport but received more expensive car service • Drink Service: The few times that I ordered a drink at the pool it took so long to arrive that I had already gone back to my room (I learned to just go to the bar and order my drink directly)

Very nice stay at the Albatros Palace. The hotel is for mass tourism (600 rooms) but the service is very good and personalized. The rooms are spacious and clean, although almost none of the standard rooms acually have a sea view. The food is not extraordinary but diverse and everyone should find something they like.The pool and the outdoor area are amazing (although the water is a bit cold at this time of year)- would be great if the pool around the pool bar could be heated as well.
