Great Vacation Property
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon. The location was amazing for shopping, restaurants, and beach access. The unit was only a couple minute walk to the water, a bit crowded but not as many people as the main access to Waikiki beach about a half mile walk down the road. We had a few activities planned and we were able to arrange pick up within a 5 minute walk each time. The parking lot (which was no charge, a huge plus) for our rental car was very close and secure as well. The ac didn't quite reach the bedroom but it was always a comfortable temperature anyway. The bathroom is small but we had no issues with the size, just enough to do what is needed! The kitchen had basic necessities for cooking. We had an okay view and the balcony was nice to sit at for some fresh air. The staff were very nice and answered questions as needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property had a fantastic location. I loved that Lahaina Shave Ice was downstairs. Fantastic shave ice, I had it for 3 nights in a row for dessert! Parking was also less than a 5 minute walk, more like 2 minutes. Convenient with the parking pass. Controlled elevator also made the building very safe. For the apartment itself, cute with modern decor. The kitchen was super clean with useful utensils. Furniture was great. The only drawback was the bathroom - the hallway is super narrow. Can't have multiple people trying to do something in the bathroom, like one at the sink and one in the shower. Our stay was overshadowed by a family medical emergency, but we definitely plan to stay here again to take advantage of the boogie boards, snorkel gear, and beach equipment. Property management was also very helpful sorting out a key issue - prompt service and communicative. We will be back!

Beautifully renovated spot with such ease and convenient access to nearby stores, restaurants and beach. So many things were walking distance but also It was amazing that parking was included and there were bougie boards we could use along with a patio to hang dry our towels and swim suits. Really lovely vacation with one area of needed improvement
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this vacation rental. The unit was clean and well appointed, nice furnishings, great extras in the form of the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella. We did not eat in, but the kitchen is stocked. The lanai looks out on the nearby shopping district with a westward view of the sunset each evening. Mornings tended to be loud with traffic and nearby construction and garbage trucks in the area, louder in the bedroom since the A/C buffers for noise in the living room. The location was fantastic with easy walking to Waikiki beach and an array of restaurants and shops. The parking pass was convenient for staying in the area. Check in was pretty straightforward; we called Paul to let him know that we had arrived, parked out front, brought our bags up and then moved the car to the parking area. Check out was simple and easy. The only negative that we experienced was with the sofa sleeper arrangements. The sofa sleeper itself offers a comfortable queen sized mattress, however, the bedding was a complete failure. There was a queen size top sheet and two pillow cases for two pillows. The fitted sheet was for a twin bed, which was useless. The blanket ended up being a throw; not large enough for covering even one person. Our friends who stayed with us for one night ended up using beach towels for the night. This definitely needs to be improved as we booked based on capacity for four people and the bedding was unacceptable.

Great location & communication
I stayed here with my husband and our best friend. We took the bedroom and she slept on the pull out sofa. For Waikiki, it was a pretty spacious 1 bedroom and is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The location is what brought us here. The check in process was easy and they were very responsive via text when I had a couple questions. We also rented a car so having a parking spot around the block was a huge perk. There was a bit of construction going on which made it difficult to stay in the condo after 9am but we were able to work remotely at a coffee shop. It does get pretty warm in Hawaii, which I think everyone knows, so the bedroom didn't really cool down at night even with the AC. Luckily there was a box fan which we used the entire time. Also, if you're picky about pillows bring your own. The ones provided were very flat even when using two. Overall it we had a great time in the area and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!
This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing we weren't thrilled with was the size of the bathroom - it was like a super narrow hallway and there was no room to move around. Overall, excellent value. Free parking was a definite plus. Everything was within walking distance around the beach. Would 100% stay there again.

Great location!
After the Maui fires we had to quickly change our vacation plans and decided on Oahu. This was our first time on this island and we opted to stay in Waikiki for the convenience of food/shopping options and found this great condo, just a block from the beach! It had everything we needed and even a sunset view from the lanai. They also had beach chairs and boogie boards which we really appreciated. We explored many parts of the island, but at the end of the day it was nice to know we had a guaranteed parking spot so close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place - can be a bit noisy at night
The place is nice and as pictured. Overall a good experience, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. Check-in is a little awkward as you likely will need to park in a 3 minute loading zone and quickly go with the property manager up to the apartment to get your elevator key and parking fob. The parking a block over is not an issue and having parking included is a real plus. The noise in the evening can be a bit loud based on music entertainment within the area and garbage trucks at about 4 am. Ear plugs or a noise machine might be helpful. The location is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but doable.

The rental is central to Waikiki and very well located, of course being that close to the beach and popular places, it is a bit at times noisy during the evening, but nothing unbareable. Only minor setbacks that we mentioned to the property manager on our way out and he said he was going to take care of, among other things : - Lack of enough silverware for four - Rug lacked a deep cleaning - the Sofa that we used to sleep was really unconfortable and the bedspring seem to have been deformed by previous renters. The free parking is definitely a plus. The property manager was really friendly and always available.

Very convenient to beaches and shopping. Great location. The property was clean and matched the description. We spent a full week at this property. My only suggestion would be to add more towels, paper towels, bath tissue, soap for longer stays. A vacuum cleaner for picking up beach sand would also be very useful. This property is in an excellent location, perhaps 600m from the beach and so close to the main drag. Considering the location it is reasonably quiet. Great amenities for a night in, breakfast and lunch. The bathroom is very narrow but functional and the main bedroom did not have ac but it does have a fan (& we found a second fan in the cupboard which we also used). Beach chairs and boards are an added bonus.

Enjoyed my stay, Paul, the property manager was very helpful with check-in. The parking is included and close by. A/C worked well (only really used it once since the weather was great!) Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes. The place was clean and everything was as expected. The area is nice and is a short walk from Waikiki beach, shopping, and restaurants. The sounds of the city are certainly audible from the room, but that was as expected and did not disturb our stay at all. Overall, this place was perfect for the two of us!

If you are looking for is a home away from home just rent this one. It has everything you need. Very clean and updated beautifully. Location is amazing! I went with my husband and two little ones and we enjoyed the space very comfortably. I was a little worried about checking in because we were going to arrive late but they had some one there waiting for us. Everything was really good.
