The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel is very old and in poor condition. We received a room that had black mold on the ceiling. Otherwise it has wall paper so you can only notice it on the ceiling. Very humid and musty, the air system is very old and not helping and you can't open the window. We requested another room after spent there 2 nights because it was impossible to sleep in that room and I felt I got ill and developed a caugh. The new room was a bit better but still unpleasant humid and musty, at least there was no mold. No excuses from the staff, they didn't even offer to transfer our luggage to the new room. The gym is a joke, it's smaller than a hotel room and 2 people can barely fit in it.

Negatives, leider waren die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, Staub, Haare, Schuppen waren auf dem Boden und im Bad zu finden, Brausekopfhalter war schon verschmutzt und insgesamt hatte das Zimmer und die Ausstattung schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ein Zimmer wechsel hatte kein großartige Verbesserung gebracht. Rezeption war zum Teil freundlich und teilweise hilfsbereit bezüglich den geforderten Covid Test. Manchmal hatte man das gefühl, das sie genervt waren zu den Fragen. Beim auschecken, gab es weder nette Worte noch hat man sich verabschiedet. Positiv war die Lage das Hotels, man kam schnell zum MTR und Geschäfte.

The hotel service is good. If the room is cleaner and the room is bigger, it would be comfortable. The windows in hotel are not allowed to open, there was no fresh air in the room. The room carpet is dirty and the towel supply was irregular. Telephone is dusty and smelly.. Breakfast area was unpleasant and warm. It was like a canteen more than a restaurant atmosphere. Coffee makers and stove were rusty and dirty.

I stayed for two nights. There was dirt on the bath towel and bath mat on the first day, and while worrying about it, I thought that the dirt could not be removed even if I washed it, so I used it. After use, I put it on the floor of the bathtub to have the bath towel and bath mat replaced, but the next day, when I spread the bath mat with dirt in the same place and the bath towel that was folded, this is also the towel I used yesterday ... it was wet. But it was disgusting. I don't want to stay again.
