Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Alles etwas abgenutzt, aber Küche (mit der wir nicht gerechnet hatten - total super!) war gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, die Bettlaken hatten z.B. kleine Flecken und Haare. Die Umgebung war super ruhig und total schön. Top Preis-Leistung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfektes Hotel
Absolut empfehlenswert. Es ist nicht besonders billig, aber auch nicht besonders teuer. Es gab absolut nicht zu beanstanden, außer, dass wir einen super Aufenhalt hatten. Sehr gerne wieder

Familienzimmer auf der Durchreise sehr gut
Wir waren mit 2 Teenager nur 1 nacht im Hotel. Das Appartement besass Küche und 1 Schlafsofa und 1 seperates Elternzimmer.Die Kinder konnten das Hallenbad noch bis 21 Uhr benützen. Einzige empfehlung ist das Nachtessen nicht im Hotel einzunehmen. Die Wartezeit ist trotz reservierung und wenig Besuchern enorm lang.

Really helpful staff at the park. Lovely, well equipped comfortable and clean caravan and nicely manicured grounds. Only concerns are level of chemicals in pool. Granddaughter unable to stay in pool for long as eyes stinging.

The country club was really nice, I got a free upgrade to an apartment due to renovations taking place, however, their restaurant was also being renovated so there was nowhere to eat or unwind due to being so far away from everything. The staff were really nice and welcoming and the apartment was pretty nice however it was very dated. The biggest downside is getting to the country club, lots of dirt roads, and quite a few roads were closed in the near area so it was extremely difficult to navigate and actually get to the country club, lots of tight squeezes to let tractors past. Other than that my stay was okay, I probably would stay again if I had access to breakfast and the restaurant instead of having to dive 35 mins to the closets superstore.

This club is very well priced and I really like the accommodation here. I feel they will have a big job on there hands to keep it up to scratch as I think maintaining this place will cost quite a bit of money but it is lovely here.

Very spacious accommodation, very clean and in fair order. Good facilities. General presentation for accommodation, could do with a bit of TLC in areas, including front door (not the best, given that it was the first impression of the accommodation) and loose kitchen cupboard doors and melamine peeling off the doors and drawers. However, that being said, warm, cosy and clean and this did not deter from the stay. Was annoyed that we were not told of the building works and significant renovations going on to the Restaurant building which was covered top to toe in scaffolding. The menu in the restaurant had been reduced significantly and was not fit for purpose resulting in having to find food elsewhere at 8.00pm at night. The description of Bar and Grill was not accurate as except for a Burger, there was no grilling taking place. No steaks etc. My Wife has Ceoliac Disease so has to have GF food. 2 out of 5 Gluten Free options were not available leaving a Turkey stroganoff, Veggi burger or fishcakes!! None of which is particularly appealing. Check out time is 10.00am. It was very kindly extended to 11.00 free of charge. Communication with Guests is very good. On the whole a good stay but please take note of constructive criticism.

Could do with refreshing.
Slow check in very odd to be charged £100 for potential damage to the room. Bed very comfortable, apartment very spacious. Fire alarm at 6am staff not overly bothered and said it was a false alarm, fire brigade did not attend which seemed very odd for a hotel. Would be nice if they offered breakfast.

A reasonable stay but not very proactive
All was fine and expected in terms of the room - exactly as expected. Text message service was also useful and convenient. However, on our arrival we were told that the pool was out of use and that the on site restaurant/bar was closed. The pool issue was disappointing as this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this accommodation. The restaurant being closed was inconvenient because we had to go back out and find something to eat. Had we known before we arrived (an email would have been very easy) then we could have easily sorted food before arrival since 4pm check in is quite late anyway. With regards to the pool, we did eventually get an offer of being able to visit the nearest leisure centre for a swim and get our cost refunded. This was a good offer that we used, but I do feel it could have been offered to us at check in since the on-site pool had been out of action well before our arrival.

House accommodation is great
Have stayed here a number of times previously and the houses are great to stay in as they have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay. We didn't use the leisure and restaurant facilites.The only issue we had was trying to change a one night booking to a 2 night booking, without losing payment already made, seemed impossible - so we just stayed the one night

Two night break
Two night break in a one bedroom appartment was excellent. Very clean. Appeared to be refurbished. We did not use the leisure facilities. A bottle of wine in the bar was £29 which we considered to be very over priced considering it retails at just over £8! No doubt it was probably £5 for them to purchase. We were disappointed there was no music or quiz night in the bar. You will need transport as the country club is not located near shops or pubs. There is a pub a 5 minute drive away which serves excellent food and they give a warm welcome. The Union Inn. Affinity shopping outlet is great for a few hours of retail therapy. Bude is around 30 mins drive. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was our 8th visit and it didn’t disappoint. We paid £10 to have a later check out of 11am. At check in they do take £100 deposit from you. From previous visits I know this can take up to a week to be returned to your account which can be inconvenient. We hope to return in the New Year

Short stay
We didn't stay for long unfortunately but instantly regretted it when we checked in. The room we had was super clean and huge, alot bigger than what the images showed, we was shocked tbh. The kids were awe and loved the space, the bed and sofas were super comfy. We're planning another family trip for a longer stay this time at this very villa! Can't go wrong with the price either

Be wanred if booking for the pool etc!
If you are booking here to use the pool etc, be warned it is only open until 5pm, the last hour is for members only and for some reason check in is not until 4, and unlike other hotels around the world they wont even tell you where you are staying so you cant park near to where your lodgings may be!!! We arrived at 3pm, didnt get checked ij until 4.20pm as the man on reception couldnt get hold of anyone, so we couldnt use the pool. When leaving it is member only until 9am and check out is 10.... That was a real shame as the rest of the accommodation, the bar, restaurant and rest of the staff were really good. Im the room, too many dead mosquitoes dotted around the rooms, being next to a slow moving river there were plenty around and had obviously caused previous guests an issue! Apartments are great, excellent shower too

Good value!
Had a short break and didnt get chance to use the leisure facilities but hopefully next time we will. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Went into the restaurant, lovely meal which was good value. The 3 waitresses in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Just to be clear my scoring system: 1/ Don't go, just don't. 2/ I can't recommend going 3/ I enjoyed it but probably won't go back 4/ I enjoyed it, would go back especially if invited 5/ I enjoyed it, would invite/recommend others there myself Bit hard to give something to compare to... Almost like a camping park a la centreparcs with static caravans... Except the static caravans are actually brick lodges and pretty big! It's a little tired in places and the furniture is like a student halls accomodation but it was all clean and everything you needed was on hand. I think a renovation is planned judging by some designs in reception. The staff were fantastic and I really liked the text service they have with reception. We'd absolutely go back there. Oh and try the Blackberry Farm just down the road if you do too!
