Eines der besten 4 Sterne in Hoi An

Besser als die meisten 4 Sterne Hotels in Hoi An (außer vielleicht das Essence).
Was nett wäre ist ein kostenloser abholservice vom Flughafen. Die Taxis hier sind nervenaufreibend und versuchen immer einen übers Ohr zu hauen - nicht ein guter Start in den Urlaub.

Our 2nd visit to Mercure in How An

Gut: Venue is perfect
Nicht so gut: Cleanliness & Management
Lage: Local tour guides everywhere to organise to visit ancient sites, plus Ancient Town How An is with walking distance if you don't mind a walk!
Considering we paid to be upgraded to a superior room, we must admit to be disappointed both with cleanliness and the bed sheet changes. We paid needlessly and was not happy with doing so, no manager was around to discuss & the girl who signed us our could hardly speak english a big shame!!!
It was our wedding anniversary & they were advised of this as we wanted to eat in the hotel as it was our second visit we were promised to be spoilt on our anniversary it did not occur. In fact there was no facility for us to eat as the kitchen was closed.
There were noticeable bugs on the corridor on the top floor which were not moved, and in fact increased. Staff had been given notice to finish as the hotel was closing for refurb, and so many were chatting and dissinterested in visitors.
I will say breakfast was fabulous the cook and some of the waitresses worked very hard, yet there was a lot of nonsense & chit cha going on in the kitchen. Disappointed in some ways as we had specifically come back here as

中心部にほど近い清潔感のあるホテル。
Veröffentlicht am 17.10.2017スタンダードクラスの部屋を予約し、二泊しましたが、広さや設備に問題は無く快適でした。ただ、シャワーの水量が少ない、ドアの締まりが悪い、タオルのほつれなどが気になりました。朝食は美味しく、従業員もフレンドリーで親切でしたが、交代する時の引き継ぎが上手く出来ていないのか、お願いした車の手配などに行き違いが2度ほどありました。

Great pool
Veröffentlicht am 08.10.2017This hotel had a great pool which is essential if you are travelling with kids.
Even though we booked for 3 people there was only 1 bed and I had to pay a lot extra to get a bed moved in. I think this is an Expedia problem - you shouldn't be able to book a room for 3 people with just one double bed in it.
Great hotel tho and would definitely go back.

Nice hotel great pool

Nicht so gut: Rooms could possibly benefit from updating
Lage: Located half hour walk centrally between the beach and the old town, need to be fairly fit to go to either on foot
nice hotel located between the beach and the old town, half hour walk from each, excellent friendly staff, good breakfast, clean well maintained rooms a little dated perhaps, still comfortable however.
