Das Resort ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem tollen Pool und nicht zu groß. Leider ist der Strand nicht mehr so gut erhalten wie auf manchen Bildern, da ein Sturm vor einiger Zeit den Strand zum Großteil abgetragen hat. Die Betten sind bequem allerdings bei mehreren Nächten etwas hart. Unser Zimmer war in einem der Gartenbungalows und nachts absolut ruhig.

Gute Lage, mit eigenem Strandabschnitt, i.d.R. ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Liegen die über längere Zeit nur mit dem Handtuch geblockt waren, wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Personal geräumt, so das sie wieder für jedermann zur Verfügung standen. Nette Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und ansprechend, das BBQ-Diner können wir empfehlen. Kostenloser Shuttlebus nach Hoi An.

Quiet and relaxing
After staying 4 days in Hoi An Town I wanted to spend my last 4 days right on the beach. I really enjoyed the nice clean beach and the pool area. But all in all it was the least friendly hotel I experienced in my 2 weeks Vietnam tour. It might have been different for someone else. I had one dinner at the hotel and that was the BBQ night which I did not find very good. But most of all I was extremely annoyed by the fact that it was a total non smoking hotel. You only were allowed to smoke on the far right side of the beach. Not even on your balcony! I did not follow that rule and always went to my terrace to have my cigarette. That’s is also the reason I did not dine at the hotel except that first evening because I need my smoke during meals especially if it is outside. The free shuttle gave me the opportunity to go into town for dinner.

Bad noisy room. Lighting in bathroom was terrible. It 5 min to light fully and even then you could not see anything. Furniture and fixtures was old. We conplained but since they were fully booked we could not change the room. However no comensation in any form was presented to us.

Ansprechendes Hotel mit Schwächen
Positiv: Handtuchwechsel wird zweimal am Tag angeboten. Auch am Pool und am Strand stehen genügend Handtücher zur Verfügung. Kostenloser Shuttle-Service nach Hoi An. Negativ: Gastronomie ist eine Enttäuschung. Frühstück bietet keinerlei Abwechslung und ist im Vergleich zu anderen vietnamesischen Hotels bestenfalls durchschnittlich. Joghurt, Wurst und Käse stehen mehrere Stunden ungekühlt herum. Auch eine Dreiviertelstunde nach Beginn ist immer noch nicht alles da. Vietnamesisches Barbecue extrem enttäuschend, sowohl bei der Auswahl als auch der Qualität der Speisen. Bei der Happy Hours gibt es 30% auf Cocktails, Softdrinks, Bier etc. Dass das nicht für non-alkoholische Cocktails gilt wird einem erst hinterher mitgeteilt. Manche Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, andere hingegen sehr unfreundlich.

Wunderbares, überschaubares Hotel nahe Hoi An
Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub im Boutique Hotel. Gute Lage, Infrastruktur, Shuttelbus zur Altstadt und eine wunderbare Parkanlage mit Pool. Genau richtig um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Hat überall WLAN für die, die es nicht lassen können. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal. Teilweise noch mit Sprachpotenzial. Lassen Sie sich massieren. Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

Tolles Hotel am Strand
Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen von Hoi An etwa 15 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. In der näheren Umgebung können auch Velos gemietet werden. Ein Abenteuer für sich auf den Strassen von Vietnam, wo es von Mofas und Velofahrern wimmelt. ;) Schade, dass das Hotel selbst keine Velos anbietet. Etwa 5x täglich verkehrt ein Gratis-Shuttle vom Hotel in die Altstadt und wieder retour. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und (mit anderen in der Umgebung verglichen) auch in gehobenem Standard. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, spricht jedoch teilweise sehr schlecht Englisch. Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht - in der näheren Umgebung hat es einige kleine und preiswerte Restaurants. In Hoi An selbst kann man sehr preisgünstig essen. Im Hotel selbst sind die Speisen (und auch die Portionen) wunderbar, jedoch im Vergleich mit den übrigen Restaurant-Preisen in Vietnam sehr teuer. Das Hotelzimmer ist grosszügig, schönes Bad. Wir waren eine Woche hier und hatten entsprechend Kleider dabei. Der Schrank war verhältnismässig eher klein. Ansonsten genügend Platz. Im Bad befand sich eine Badwanne und eine separate Dusche (inkl. Regendusche).

Sehr gutes Hotel an wirklich schönem Strand
Das Hotel hält alles, was es verspricht. Schöne Zimmer (wir waren in einer Villa), gutes und reichliches Frühstück, nettes Personal, toller Strand. Am Abend ist im Hotel allerdings nicht viel los, da viele Gäste mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle nach Hoi An fahren.

Sehr elegantes Hotel

Weißes Haus am Palmenstrand
Tolles, geschmackvolles Haus am Cua Dai Strand mit Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum von Hoi An. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet, Liegen am Pool und am Strand in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Das Haus ist 2012 das zweite Jahr in Betrieb und daher gut in Schuss. Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen. Für Vietnam ein eher teueres Haus, deshalb meine ich müsste man auch von manchen Mitgliedern des Personals - die allesamt durchaus sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren - einen etwas höheren Standard im Service-Bereich verlangen können. Da ist noch nicht alles ganz ausgegoren, z. B. hing die Qualität dessen, was man abendlich an der Bar bekam, schon stark von der Person ab, die da hinterm Tresen stand. Derzeit noch recht ruhig gelegen, aber angesichts des Baubooms ringsum und in Richtung Da Nang die Küste hoch wird das wohl nicht mehr lange anhalten. Empfehlenswert und einen Besuch wert: die beiden Restaurants direkt gegenüber dem Hoteleingang auf der anderen Straßenseite: gute Küche zu günstigen Preisen.

This was a beautiful resort, very quiet, great pool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle service to Hoi An was great and taxis were cheap too if needed. Laundry service same day at the stall next door was great and so cheap.

Lovely hotel
The staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really helpful in recommending places to go and see as well as what the local food is etc. I cannot rate them highly enough!! The hotel is lovely particularly for the price and the beach area is fabulous. There are elements of the hotel that could do with an update but nothing that would stop me staying here again. It’s in a great location for the beach and there’s a free transfer service to and from the old town a few times a day

2nd stay within 2 consecutive years. Love love the layout of the estate and the staff made us feel like we were coming home. However, maybe the hotel can change up the brekkie selection on a daily basis. We stayed for 9 days and eating the same food every morning can be a tad disappointing.

The resort grounds were quiet, enjoyable and well-kept. However, the service of the staff there were not in line with the style and type of resort - they were inattentive and did not care for their guests or their stay. My partner and I were waiting in the lobby (no air-con, open-air, in 35 degree heat) for around 1.5 hours after checking out, and the staff did not offer us any cold beverages (complimentary or via the bar) - which was very disappointing. Overall, the hospitality was lacking. The breakfast buffet was the usual fare - mostly Western food with 2-3 Vietnamese offerings. Note that paper napkins were used, instead of linen, and that there are no a la carte options. We were never approached by the staff about our breakfast or day ahead. The pool was great, with a nice view and temperature. The pool furniture was stained and tired. We were never approached with any offers of a beverage or food pool-side. The finishing of the rooms and structures were also in a state of disrepair - our balcony door was rusty and required repairs during our stay, the shower was leaking and had mould, and the entertainment unit was so rusted it had a nail sticking out. The furniture is otherwise aged, and the amenities provided were placed in plastic containers/bottles with sticky labels. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. Overall, the grounds were lovely - it is a shame that management does not prioritise the improvement of service/room renovations to match it.

Colonial Style Hotel in Hio An
The hotel is located on the beach about 15 minutes ride from Hoi An, the grounds are well attended and the pool is huge. The first room we were given was smaller than expected and faced a vacant lot, so we paid to get an upgrade, however the room showed wear and tear around the edges and smelled musty. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Hoi An town, but the schedule is not always convenient, luckily metered taxis are cheap and plentiful. The Vietnamese food in the hotel restaurant was not bad. Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave which affected our overall stay.

Super séjour !
Excellent séjour. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Bon petit déjeuner Buffet. Chambre confortable avec une belle salle de bains Cadre magnifique , très belle piscine et équipements. Plage privée avec bar . Navettes pour aller au centre ville (Un peu éloigné)

리뷰가 별로 없었지만 호텔의 위치와 분위기만 믿고 방문했습니다. 늦은 체크인에 대한 사전 응대는 빨랐고 좋았습니다. 조용한 풀과 해변 정원도 좋았습니다. 네,, 거기까지만 좋았습니다. 투숙객이 별로 없으면 아침메뉴를 주문형으로 바꾸든지 그도 아니면 적은 가짓수에 맞게 질을 높여주세오. 숙박 체크 아웃하는 날 큰 케리어를 들고 계단으로 내려와서 택시를 탈 때 도와주지는 않더라도 다음에 또 보자는 인사 정도는 해주세요. 가방 낑낑 들고 내려와서 택시에 싣고 인사하려고 보니 우릴 보는 직원 하나 없어서 섭섭했습니다. 깨끗하고 조용한 풀에서 넓운 정원에서의 힐링은 너무 좋았는데 말이죠…

Such an amazing resort!
This is our 3rd time staying at the Boutique Hoi An Resort and will return again next year. All the staff are truly amazing and will do anything to make your holiday more enjoyable. Make sure you visit the restaurant across the road (Co' Hong) for some home cooked food as well.

It was so good. It was nature-friendly, swimming pool, the hospitality of the female manager, hotel breakfast service was so perfect. But the sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit, which was ringing so loudly at bedtime, disturbed my good sleep. I want to recommend it to my parents, but I'm afraid they'll lose sleep because they're sensitive to the sound.

Wonderful time
We enjoyed our stay at Boutique Hoi An resort a lot. Very big swimming pool, nice beach, big and super comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great stay
Had a great time , the staff was excellent and helpful. The really do a great job of maintaining the property. The pool and the ocean is there for you to enjoy all day .
