Disgusting hotel. Great location but the staff only know the word for sorry. Very poor communication. Worst was the bed bugs or fleas that were in both single bed in my room 301. Wh3n I complained they took me to 502 which had the same problem. They eventually put me in 106 which was bug free but noisy as hell because of the Main Street below which never shuts up. So no sleep at all. Terrible hotel. Avoid like you would the plague!

The shower head installed incorrect and always shoot the water against the wall, making water splaah out side on the floor. The safelock insids the room is broken in the last few days suring my stay. There was one cockroach in yhe room.

I am sorry so much, The park had even on 18, 19 Jan, 2019. This is Even between Viet Nam and Japan, we very happy and proup of that, because we alway want VietNam and Japan is Partner. With program of even had meeting and cultural exchange, its will be had sing a song and music some time, not every day. We are sorry so much because its make your felling noisy, we wish that you can talk with us, we can help you change other room for you, because your booking is Park View room, and i dont recieve some information from you. Dear Customer San! Many thank for your email! We are sorry so much! The weather was not good for you, its rain some much some time, its made you can travel anything in HCMC. Beside that, We was truth sorry you for this incident, we had contract with Insect Processing Company, they help me kill and control insect (ant and cockroach....). They was help us find and killed them in this time. That is cause you met them because its felling smell of medicine. We have finished now, we check service and room every day. With Breakfast, we have Sign Board on the Table, we are service some hot food (Sunny Side egg, nooble........) becasue its must to hot when Customer used, that is cause we dont show up outside, you can order Staff and they will service on 5 to 10 minute. Or You can using American breakfast and Continental breakfast. One agian, I am sorry so much!

Dear Customer! I am sorry so much hear that, We have program Control and killed insect (Ant and Cockroach...) with Company in this time, that is cause its must to go out because smell of medicine. location ok and staff friendly - but that abt it
Unfortunately I was quite disappointed from this hotel. The location is great and the staff are friendly trying to accommodate, but the conditions don't seems to match the price - compared to other establishments. From the looks of it it used to be pretty good and modern - furniture is new and bed linens are clean. Issue I've experienced: 1. Cleaning seems to only include making up the bad, emptying the trash bin and changing the towels - there was some dust from the wall's plaster on the floor, since I've arrived which stayed there during my whole stay, there were some spider nets in the corners (small but visible if you care), glasses were never washed 2. I've paid a higher price for a park/street view room - big mistake :) one of the main roads goes there so lots of noise till 1-2am and early in the morning (noise level of around 70dB). If you have been to Vietnam or Indonesia bfore, you would know what I mean coz of the bikes, something I didn't consider when I did the booking. Especially if I go party - I would need a quiet room to sleep... 3. Shower was very inconvenient - not much of water pressure and cannot be placed on the wall, so a bit uncomfy in the small shower cabin 4. pretty slow Wi-Fi, but free 5. The hotel was advertised as having a nice roof top restaurant - indeed, but no longer working and only serves Bfast...which was pretty basic and there were lots of ants going around on the tables. HOWEVER - must try the craft beers at the pub below Han House! :)

very helpful staff. who kindly organised a taxi for me to go to the magestic hotel. the Uber taxi fare was double the cost of the Uber taxi back. Not sure who played me out. The rooms are clean however my room did not have a window. It would have been useful if this was explained before booking.

OK for short stay
I stayed here for 5 nights because of its location but I made the mistake of choosing a front room with a window view , Big mistake - the noise from the road traffic and early morning exercising class's in the park (music to exercise to) was deafening which started at 5am , But after a few nights I got used to it, I was offered another room down the rear but declined as some of the rooms don't have any windows at all. Takes a long time for the hot water to flow through but once it does its ok, I have stayed in this hotel before in rear rooms but only for short stays.

Un peu décevant à l'arrivée, personnels un peu coincés, avec les jours ils se décoincent et à la fin c'est presque parfait. Les chambres aveugles, décevant en arrivant mais l'avantage est que c'est calme. Globalement décevant à l'arrivée mais avec les jours c'est plutôt correct.

Great mid range Hotel
Checkin was fast. I requested for a room with street view, they were able to accomodate fast. Amenities were adequate with toiletries, safe and hairdryer. Breakfast was great. For a mid range Hotel and price paid it was well worth. Recommendable.

This hotel really suck. I cannot recommend anyone. We booked online via Expedia, with special rates, pay in advance and non refund. Room with double bed and a single bed, for a family with 2 little kids. It says kids under 11 years old are free of charge. Our eldest one is 8y. However when we arrived, late over tired and a sick kid. Just want to have our room, they said Expedia made a mistake. No such of this room are available. So if we want they need to charge us 10usd for each night for the elder kid. After argued with them we have no choice than pay another 40usd for night for total 4 night. Since we cannot cancel our booking. And kids need to rest. The staff, she tried everything to getting out more money from us. The room is old, dirty bedsheets, mould on the wall, bathroom full of mould. No warm water, no hair dryer. Firgot to give towels and shampoo every day. Breakfast is poor. Everyday the same, some dishes are leftover from day before. We have been nearly every year in this district. And this is the worst hotel we ever had and most expensive one. Staffs are super unfriendly. We asked to clean the room before or after our kids napping time. They say sorry, but they have their own schedule. You cannot parking your rented motorcycle in front of the hotel. Where you can do in front of every hotel in this district, where they will park away and keep the motorcycle safe for you. But not this one. This hotel you need to avoid by all meaning.

Adequate Hotel for a Short Stay
Friendly employees, but the room I was staying (room 406), had a pretty lousy wifi connection. The wifi was pretty 1 bar at best and most of the time i was disconnecting and reconnecting very often. The water heater took quite a while to stabilize and the breakfast is forgettable. The hotel is however quite convenient as the convenience store is just 4 steps from the hotel, and there are several cafes and eateries around it as well.

Turned up after booking online and receiving a confirmation email. Got there and we're told they had no rooms. They organised an alternative hotel that was very nice, so no real issue, but they failed at the fundamental basic requirment of a hotel - provide a room.

朝、少し遅い朝10時頃に外出する時、ドアノブに清掃願いのタグを掛け、念のためフロントスタッフにルームナンバー、清掃して欲しい旨を伝えてホテルを出た。 部屋に夜10時に戻ると、全く清掃されてない! フロントにクレームを言い、取り敢えずタオルと歯ブラシをすぐ持ってきてと電話で頼んでも、フロントへ直接言いに行くまで持ってこない来ない。 翌日、前日のフロントスタッフへクレームを言うと、タグはdon't DISTURBだったという始末。 グレードの割に高いし、良いのは最上階レストランだけ。しかもメニューは毎日ほぼ同じ。 感じが悪く、二度と利用したくないホテル。

Nightmare
Can't say anything about this hotel since we never even got to see the room we payed for. When we got there they told us something was wrong with the electricity in our room and since they were fully booked (even though their hotels.com page said they had plenty of rooms available) they had booked us at another hotel (Blue Wind Hotel). When we got to the other hotel the room they showed us was far from what we had payed for so we demanded a new room. The staff then told us we had to pay extra for that room, and the staff at La Felix refused to help us in any way. They also had no answer to why their page said they had rooms available even though they claimed to be fully booked. Really bad service and unreliable staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

un grand merci !
Un séjour qui s'est organisé un peu en catastrophe après des mésaventures auprès d'un autre hôtel que nous avions réservé. La Felix Hotel nous a bien aidé ! La Felix hôtel est situé dans un quartier qui bouge ! sur une grande artère face à un parc. A proximité de la rue des bars et des restaurants. Toutes les commodités se trouvent aux pieds de l’hôtel. Le personnel est adorable ! dévoué à ses clients ! de très bons conseils ! Les chambres sont confortables, petits déjeuners agréables. Je recommande !

You should be able to trust your hotel on vacation
The room quality is suitable. Its everything you need and no extras. My low review is for the staff of the hotel. I needed a taxi from the hotel to the airport. I asked the doorman how much the taxi would cost. He told me 300 which I trusted and paid him. When I got in the taxi, he only paid the taxi driver 150. I made a scene in order to get the money back but neither the driver or the doorman spoke english. Eventually after 10 mins of fighting I got my money back. The second bad experience was another trip to the airport. At 9am I asked the hotel how long it would take to get to the airport for a 3:45 pm flight on a public bus. The woman at the front desk told me i had to leave immediately if I wished to make the flight. I laughed, wrote down 3:45 to make sure there was no miscommunication and she was serious. I went next door to an amazingly friendly hostel who also laughed at this ridiculous advice. The public bus took 30 minutes and I believe the woman gave me this advice because she wanted me to check out of the room so they could clean it. I would not advice this hotel to anyone after this experience. If I had left when the woman suggested I would have been at the airport 6 hours before my flight.

ok hotel with good location
The hotel is ok. For a short stay, it's alright. the location is good, you can walk to a lot of the most important sights of the city. The breakfast buffet consists of mainly Indian food, and was lacking variety. The room seemed clean enough, however, the shower could have been cleaned more thorough. The water was also quite cold in the shower. You could get more value for the money another place.
