Fantastic town with everything that a child and parents could dream of! We are planning to go back for sure! To stop as kind and friendly the food was delicious and the pool area, and the slides were amazing!

Wirklich ein super Hotel, jedoch schade das man bei dem All-Inclusive nur gepanschte Getränke bekommen hat und für die normal guten immer einen Aufpreis zahlen musste! Die Getränkequalität war wirklich nicht gut bei dem All-In. Ansonsten war es wirklich toll. Essen super, Wasserpark top, das Deluxe-Zimmer echt schön. Personal und Service ausreichend da und sehr nett!

Keine Bedienung in den Bars am Abend. Jedes Getränk muss man sich selbst holen. Wartezeit in der Schlange 20-30 Minuten. Das sind keine 5 Sterne. Organisation und Essensqualität im Hauptrestaurant schlecht bis mittelmässig. Keine 5 Sterne. Altes abgenutztes Mobiliar in der Lobby, im Restaurant, in den Bars, im Aussenbereich. Keine 5 Sterne. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Die Suite war sehr gut renoviert und geräumig. Der Pool leider im Bodenbereich grün veralgt.

Schöne Poolanlage und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Essen in den Spezialitätenrestaurant war sehr gut. Essen im Hauptrestaurant war auch gut. Der Strand hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr klein, künstlich angelegt da es dort nicht anders möglich ist. Mit Wellenbrechern damit man dort baden kann.

Das Personal ist einzigartig. So freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Zimmer sind leider ein wenig klein aber dafür machen Wasserpark und die Themenrestaurants es wieder wett. Man fühlt sich sofort im Urlaub mit der herzlichen Begrüßung und Freundlichkeit des Teams.

All over all, we had a nice holiday in Stella Palace. The staff was helpful and friendly all of the time. The food in the buffet restaurant and in all a la carte restaurants was excellent. Die Auswahl an Essen war sehr vielfältig und für jeden war was dabei. Das ganze Areal vom Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal immer freundlich. Es gibt verbesserungspotential z.b bei den sogenannten Whirpools, diese könnten besser verarbeitet werden. Beim Waschbecken könnte man noch ein Behälter für die Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta anbringen. Ich fand es super das es im Badezimmet ein Föhn gab. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war auch sehr schön. Die Pools und die verschiedenen Liegemöglichkeiten waren auch super.

Die Anlage ist super und sehr sauber. Für Kinder gibt es viele Sachen und jeden Tag Programm. Das Essen ist eher durchschnittlich, die Getränke... na ja das "typsiche" nicht so tolle all inklusive Niveau, den Unterschied merkt man, wenn man einmal etwas "richtiges" trinkt. Strände gibt es auf Kreta schönere, man kann aber Baden und die Bucht ist umzäunt, so dass es auch für Kinder gut möglich ist. Das Hotel ist ein Familienhotel. Sehr nervig ist, dass fast jeden Tag bis ca 23 Uhr live Musik geboten ist und zwar mitten in der Anlage in großer Lautstärke so dass man es, ob man will oder nicht anhören muss. Mir ist nicht ganz klar, warum man dies nicht, in so einer großen Anlage, an einer anderen Stelle machen könnte.

Leider kein 5* Hotel
Essen ist nicht gut und es fehlt die Abwechslung. Das Hauptrestaurant ist sehr gross und laut und der ganze Set up entspricht maximal einem durchschnittlichen 4* Haus. Der Servicegedanke ist bei allen Mitarbeitern sehr kleingeschrieben. Ist kein Hotel, wo man den Kosten entsprechend absteigen und Urlaub geniessen kann. Auch die All Inclusive Leistungen sind nicht wie in anderen 5* Häusern üblich, dazu sehr wenig Barpersonal und somit Wartezeiten. Das Entertainment Team ist auch nur bedingt motiviert. Miniclub und Minidisco waren aber gut und unterhaltsam.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir , eine Familie ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche ( 10 und 14 ) haben in Stella Palace einen unserer schönsten Urlaube verbracht, sehr sauberes Hotel ( Zimmer sowie die komplette Anlage) , Essen gut bis sehr gut , vor allem die 2 Restaurants ( Chinesisch sowie International) die Man besuchen darf wenn man länger als 1 Woche vor Ort ist. Unser Zimmer lag direkt am Pool so das wir von der Terrasse direkt ins Wasser springen könnten, der Privatstrand ist nicht groß aber ausreichend und es sind immer genügend liegen vorhanden, Den Fluglärm den viele beschreiben haben wir nicht als störend empfunden . Alles in allem war alles in Ordnung wir haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt und werden Stella Palace wieder besuchen. Dankeschön für die gelungenen 10 Tage.

Dream Vacation at Stella Palace again.....
We have been now three times in behind at Stella Palace, and we will book again next year for sure.The Hotel itself is amazing, it looks better in real than on all the pictures you can find in the web.Also the Pools are so great,big and clean.Rooms,bath are really good and clean as well. The Staff at Stella - they are absolutely GREAT.The hole team is friendly,open,motivated and professional....if you need something they really do everything to get your wishes done. But at Stella you will really not find anything missing. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is really really good.Especialy for dinner you get every day different “Theme night”.In addition to that you can book a dinner in the Chinese restaurant,Sea Food and also in the Gourmet Restaurant. This is all included in the all inclusive, and this is absolutely Top level Food and service – you need to make this experience ! Conclusion : The Hotel itself, the food and service,the bars as well as the pools are great.On top of this the great great STAFF at Stella Palace.This all together gives the Hotel a heart.You really need to go to feel this “Heart beating”… Than you know what I tried to explain with words here….

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit tollem, sauberen Pool und ausgezeichnetem Essen. Leider liegt das Hotel im Nirgendwo, und erst 200 m weiter fangen die wirklich schönen Strände an. Aus diesem Grund ist die Option "all inclusive" auch die einzig mögliche, weil es in der Umgebung auch keine Restaurants oder dergleichen gibt (wir sind normalerweise nicht die All inclusive Liebhaber) - dank des guten Essens war das aber für uns ok. Perfektes Service, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

5* sind etwas übertrieben. Die Zimmer sind ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte etwas zu speditiv. Das Essen hingegen war Extraklasse und das Servicepersonal sehr nett! Liegen gab es am Pool und Strand genügend. Das Wasser beim Kinderpool mit dem Piratenschiff war extrem kalt. Die Rutschen sind teilweise kaputt und die Farbe blättert ab. Massagebehandlung war gut. Alles in allem stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Fantastic resort and lovely staff. Can't fault any of the staff they are all really friendly and the resort is kept spotless. The resort is split into 3 resorts, palace which has the water park, village which is aimed at families with younger children and island which is adults only. Plenty of restaurants to go to some required booking but we got reservations no problem. Our favourite overall was Elia, traditional greek food plus extra and great staff. We had a family 2 bedroom room in the palace resort which was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. The water park was brilliant and plenty of slides for all ages, this is also where the snack bar and ice cream bar are. The only thing we thought it could do with was something extra for teenagers. There was a small arcade in the village part of the resort but this only had a few games. There's only 1 ping pong table and 1 dart board and the darts are only available during the day so we barely got to use these. Could do with some pool tables around the palace resort as the 3 they have are again in the village part of the resort and you're lucky to get on any of them, that's if you want to go down to the village part as it's quite busy with lots of families with younger kids so definitely needs something on the palace side. There is mini golf on the palace side it's small but ok and also an astro turf pitch, this gets taken over early afternoon by the kids club events so go early if you want to use it.

Flott annlegg! Kjempe flott kids club, med veldig dyktige ansatte. Deilig mat og flott rom. God underholding hver kveld. Fint aqualand. Det kjøres litt vell fort med golfbiler på området. Vi hørte ingen andre norske på området i løpet av uka, men det gikk helt fint for vår del.

Great place for vacation with kids . And without
The good : Relatively close to airport, so , considering absence of public transportation, will help you to save some money. Have a big water park, with areas for all ages . My room had exit to a private pool , which is very close to sea : no more than 20-30 meters. You can hear the waves from your room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Several bars serving cocktails , hot and cold beverages. Food was good, restaurant is spacious and service there is great. (There are 3 "special additional restaurants , but I didn't went there) Whole hotel is village-like with many 2 store houses , so you don't have too many neighbors. (Things to consider : you will need to walk to to restaurant and the park ) The bad (not really): Nothing around the hotel . Beach is small and not very convinient UGLY: In my room there is ONE TRANSPARENT SLIDING door for toilet and shower. Which is ... Really not great design solution.

Second time here and even better !
It was our second stay in Stella and it was even better than the first. The place was already huge and it expanded with private pools and calm sections. The aqua park is even bigger than before. The animation and shows are excellent. The food is somptuous as always.

Mooie kamers, mooi zwembad en erg leuk waterpark. Eten lekker en gevarieerd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die er alles aan doen om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Enige kleine kritiekpuntje: lastig te vinden zonder navigatie, geen borden vanaf de grote weg om de richting aan te geven.
