It's ok for a budget hotel. There was no one in reception when I went, and none of my calls were going through. I waited approximately 20mins until I found an automat by the front door for check in. The room and bathroom were clean, with the bathroom being surprisingly large. Unfortunately, though I asked for a quiet room (and they nicely obliged by putting me in a room facing the Innenhof, I had trouble sleeping with the sounds and vibrations approximately every 10minutes from the tram on the street, and a blinking light that came through the curtains every 2-3 minutes. The walls were also VERY thin, so that you could hear other guests make video calls from their rooms; and the doors close very loudly, so unfortunately, I was awoken to this quite often through the night and morning. Otherwise, the price was decent for a decent room, if you are not a light sleeper.
