Comfortable beds and fairly clean rooms (except for the carpet which felt sticky for some reason). Did not like the request for a deposit on top of the room reservation but they did warm us beforehand. Staff was distracted but mostly friendly. Average overall experience.

They send us one time use virtual card. We don't have guest's card information.They insist us to get deposit for incidental charge. Thanks for your frank review. I am sorry for little dissatisfaction. Dis you call at the desk regarding issue with cable and wifi network? Sometimes Comcast cable service has an outage creating this kind of issue. Room is standard size.

Fridge was clean but not really cold. Inside of the coffee pot was filthy. Otherwise, everything was clean. The price was good, too! Thumbs up. (I'm sure the hsekpprs will be checking the coffee pots a little closer from now on.)

I didnt like the way the front counter lady stalked me as i was getting coffee. She didnt speak, she made me feel awkward. As i prepared my coffee to leave the feont, she finally asked me "What room are you staying in?" With an attitude as of i were stealing coffee. Once i answered, she attempted to smile. I continued to walk out. The house keeper was fabulous!! I stay at this location every 2 weeks and have been doing that for months. I really love the older lady that works the front counter... but this lady was evil!!

So the checkin lady was very pleasant. That being said that is the only thing that was good about this place. My room smelled like Marijuana. That cant be controlled and the lady offered to move me upstairs. I declined and she gave me some air freshner. I only complained because it was a nonsmoking room and i didnt want to be charged for it being smoked in or around it. I should of took the offer it but i was exhausted from packing up my house into a trailer and driving 7 hours. I then went and unpacked to get a bath and use the restroom. After undressing i noticed a hole above the toilet! I felt very uncomfortable but was already undressed. I went to get a shower 11p at night and just closed the shower curtain away from the hole and the pipes were so loud i didnt because it caused so much noise it would bother my neighbors. I went to tell the front desk this morning and the man was explaining to me how the hole got there. I was trying to explain as a human how a hole directly above a toilet would make somwone feel. I didnt even get to tell him about the pipes being so loud. They should never have used that room if there was a room avail somewhere else! I have pics and video of it

Thanks Ms. Vick for your time to put review. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. I tried to explain you but you said I am favoring and protecting me that I am right. No. I told you that there was a bulging on ceiling in bathroom and looks like some leakage. Contractor came and to confirm he just made a small hole to check any water comes out or not. We want to wait couple of days for leakage before pathing the hole.I understand your concern about privacy.You complained about pipe makes so much noice that it bothers your neighbors. None of the guest from both side of your room complained even today also. I also didn't hear any noice from pipe. So which pipe you are talking I don't know.Again I am apologizing for your discomfort and inconvenience.

I booked my room for 1 night thru Expedia, i booked a non smoking room, when I arrived, i was told the fine print on the bottom states they can not guarantee non smoking. I had to pay an extra $5.00 for a non smoking room. Then i had to pay another $50.00 security deposit on top of the price i already paid. Then the ice machine was empty. Other than that the room was ok. Sheets were clean.

I apologize for your dissatisfaction. Reservation was booked by you for two bed smoking room on Expedia.com. You misinterpreted here that "they can not guarantee non smoking room" I told you this is in Expedia.com web site that "room type and bed is not guaranteed"For non smoking room rate was 10 + tax extra than smoking room. But as a curtsey I charged only 5(no tax)For ice machine in the summer guest fill their igloo. That's sometimes it be empty. If you asked me I would be happily give you from office.Again I am sorry for all your inconvenience.

Sorry Ms. Lyons.You checked in at 9:15pm for two nights. In midnight Your brother(we didn't know he stayed until he came at desk) came said to move in another room as toilet was running.Night clerk said he couldn't give the key to him. Per privacy policy guest who registered has to come with ID. So you came from your house as you didn't stay in the motel and at the time of checkin you didn't tell at desk. This is not an inconvenience as you didn't tell us.It is very surprised that in NASTY and HORRIBLE room how your brother stayed for two nights!!!

I apologize for all your inconvenience. You never complained at the desk after you checked in.I don't think that any of the guest would stay in dirty room also hairs and toothpaste in the sink. You have a two rooms and you didn't like to pay 50 security deposit per room. In your confirmation email sent from Expedia it says motel require 50 security deposit that will be refunded at the time of check out if every thing is ok in the room.

Great Mr. Peoples, Elijah.You very well knew that your reservation was from July 21 to July 23.You came for checked in early morning at 6:30AM. Right? Desk clerk said you that manager has an authority to check in early and he will be here at 7:00AM You came around 7:15AM and request me to checked you in early as you have a two small kids 7year and 4 Year old. came from Seattle, WA. As you knew that motel's check in time is after 3PM. You were ready to pay early check in charge. So I request housekeeper to clean your room. For two days you stayed but you didn't complain about a MANY ROACHES!!! You did't take room service also. We allow late check out up to 12Noon without any extra charge. But you didn't even request for.I appreciate for your time.

As you knew that after checked in around 4pm on April 6, 2023 your father did Pe Pe in the bed and you came at the desk saying bed was very wet unable to sleep. So you rented another room at 9pm. As per policy motel require 50 deposit to cover any incidentals charges or damage(like father did).For your another room also desk clerk took 100 deposit. In the morning you came for check out and get your 100 deposit back for 2nd room.I checked the room and refunded your 100 back to your card and gave you a receipt. I charged only 50. It was more than 50. As I have to disinfect mattress and left room out of order for two nights. Lost the revenue for that. After this you dispute this 50 charge. But your bank denied to give you credit. Your bank favors to motel.

the man working the front desk was very rude and smoking on the job. i booked a room for 4 online. we i got there he asked how many people were staying and that it was gonna be a extra 10 dollars per person (after 2 people) the place was dirty and smelt nasty. you are better off sleeping in your car. do not recommend.

Sorry for your inconvenience and dissatisfaction for your stay. Night clerk told me about the extra person charge. But it was his mistake. I show him that reservation is for 4 adults. So we can't charge extra. For this again I am sorry.My none of the employees smoke including housekeepers.So I can't say. For nasty and dirty room you didn't complain at the desk nor at the time of check out. We check all the rooms after housekeepers clean. It is possible that guest might smoke in the room even though he knew room is non smoking.

Sorry Mr. Iurelis for your dissatisfaction about 50 deposit. Expedia advised us to take a deposit from the guest for incidental charges. As your card was charged by Expedia. We don't have guest's card information. Also on Expedia website it is mention "motel require 50-100 Security deposit that will be refunded back at the time of check out if every thing is ok in the room"As you can't speak or understand English and I can't Spanish. Still I explained in your phone and you read in Spanish.We refunded your money on the day of checked out. But as it is a debit card all banks has policy to hold for up to two weeks.For this motel can't help.

During check-in, the evening staff tried his very best to charge me an additional fees for my 15 year old. I told him the child was listed in our reservation via Expedia & the rate already included the 15 year old. He insisted on the additional charge; however, when he heard me talking to Expedia hotline, he then backed off and said it was okay but would still require a deposit which was no problem. During checkout the next morning, I asked the hotel owner to refund the deposit. He said he would need to inspect the room first. After his inspection, he came back & said everything is okay and the deposit would be refunded back to the same credit card. However, I still felt uneasy since they tried to billed me additional fees the night before. I made sure to set a reminder on my credit card app if and when the charge clears. Sure enough, a few days afterwards the pending charge for the deposit got cleared & was posted as a purchase. Fortunately, I have certain evidences of their actions and called the credit card customer service to dispute the charge. I just want to give everyone a heads-up if you're staying at this property, to make sure your deposit is placed on a credit card so that you're protected.

I am apologizing for your inconvenience and dissatisfaction. First I am sorry for night clerk for asking additional charge for a child. He is a new employee since three weeks.All pre paid reservations motel requires 50-100 security deposit for incidental charges. Expedia also advised us to take deposit. In Expedia web site for my motel it says motel requires 50- 100 deposit. Your card charged by Expedia and Expedia send us their one time use virtual card.In case any incidental charge or damage we don't have guest's card info to charge.Motel didn't charge you any extra charge. Per your review you have an evidences for these charges. You should have to post your evidences so people can know what is the truth. I refunded your deposit same day you checked out. If it is a debit card all banks hold the money for up to two weeks. This is all bank's policy. Merchant can't do anything. During checked out I told you deposit refunded back to your card. Why you didn't tell me about additional charges? All guests who were charged additional they confirm with the manager what is this charge for? They want to be clear on this type of charges.But unfortunately you didn't tell me.

I explained you that our Super 8 system were on maintenance since 11:30pm until 7:30 am. Because of this by error system charged twice. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not per your expectation. Per policy we took the 50 security deposit and told you it will be refunded back at the time of check out if every thing in the room ok. At the time of checked out you came at desk to get the deposit back. I went to check the room and found both the sheets, pillow, mattress pad were stained yellow. Bottom sheet was stained more. We shaw you but you denied. You confirmed with your kids who slept on that bed. So I didn't give your deposit back.This is the reason your stay was TERRIBLE!!!

Mr.Warren thanks for your time to review. All rooms are same as per pictures on web site per Super 8 standard. Yes it is time to change carpet but it is hard to get help since corona. We already started to replace old chairs with new activity chairs, ergo chairs replacing old desk chairs and new lounge chairs.

Thanks for your feedback. First of all I am sorry that you have to wait few minutes. I went to one room to help the guest. It doesn't make any difference either your room was pre paid or not unless you came early to check in. In your email sent by Hotels.com you can read in terms and conditions that motel require 50 security deposit as your card has been charged by Hotels.com. We don't have your card info. So Hotels.com and all third party through whom guest make a reservation they insist property to get deposit for incidental charges or any damage guest did. Deposit is a refundable if everything is ok in the room after guest check out.Again sorry for your inconvenience.

In Hotels.com web site for my property it clearly says motel requires 50 security deposit.They sent you confirmation email. In terms and conditions also it was mentioned about deposit. No one complain for No Hot water.TV is fine not broken. If it was broken you didn't informed at desk to prevent charges on your card. Ms. seales as you knew that you made both the sheets, blanket and coverlet with scattered blood. Motel has to charge on your security deposit. I have a photos and video.

Mr. Gatchell I apologize for your inconvenience. But it's a very sad to say that you didn't give your honest review. After 50 minutes of you checked in you came at the desk complained about flies and one dead roach. you never complained about filthy rooms and the room condition.If this was your issue then you should have to come at desk soon. We value the honest reviews from our guests so we can correct and keep my property updated. This is a exterior corridor motel and any time flies came in the room. No one has a control on it that you know. Pest control guy treat all the rooms on July 6.Desk clerk gave you can of ants & roach spray In the morning you came for checked out and complained me. As a courtesy I gave you $ 20 cash back. When I went to striped out the linens I found roach spray can and one pillow was missing. I called you about this and told you to charge from your $50 security deposit. You said me you left the can at the night window. But you didn't informed the desk clerk. Then you said me for a can of roach spray would you charge? I returned your deposit without charging cost of stolen can and one pillow. I emailed you copy of your returned deposit. You emailed me back saying "this receipt is illegible". so on July 13 again I emailed you. Is this a truth right? Again I am sorry for your inconvenience.

Ms. Anjerica I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. You came at the desk complained about air conditioner not cooling. Desk clerk called me about this and I came to your room to check. Unfortunately the thermostat was on number 1. It should be on number 10. I changed it and it started to cool. After that you didn't have any complain. If air didn't work then no one could stay in the room in very hot weather but you stayed whole night. At the time of checked out you didn't complain again and I returned your deposit.

I recommend to not stay here. I was given two different rooms already occupied. I just gave up after walking into the rooms and scaring each other.

I apologize for your inconvenience. I checked your log details in our system.You checked in in room# 121 at 10:28pm. And that's the only room was assigned and checked you in. We didn't give you two different rooms those were occupied per your complain. I am sorry for what reason you said like this.

OK for a place to sleep, but that's it.
The website lists breakfast included. It does not. The hotel is relatively clean, but it has the appearance and smell of an old hotel that has not received any updating or improvements. Reservation was for 2 people, king-sized bed, and it had 3 tiny pillows on the bed.

Thanks Sharon for your feedback and comments. Breakfast we started but Coffee and Juice supplier discontinued to provide as he asked for minimum order $250/month require. My motel has 41 rooms so it is not possible to spend minimum requirement. My franchise is working for this.Before pandemic we painted all rooms. Exterior we painted last November including all rooms doors, railings and walkway. For the pillows if you asked at desk, she would be happily gave you. Again I am thank you.

questionable disabled? No breakfast.
Needed a downstairs room so got to hotel super early and only one other person had checked in, but no downstairs rooms available! Clerk says to get a downstairs room you have to book as "disabled". I saw people go to downstairs rooms who were clearly not disabled. I am 71 with spinal stenosis and still had to make it upstairs. Also the web site stated breakfast was included and the clerk advised me that there was no breakfast.

Mr. Hart Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry for inconvenience. Your reservation was King non smoking. You saw people go to downstair rooms. It might be their reservations or were walked in with different room types. Right now we don't have a housekeepers so me and my wife has to clean rooms.Also we have to do laundry and desk. All weekends we sold out. So on Sunday we left some rooms dirty. May be that's why your room type was not available for downstair. For breakfast we started to serve but some of the vendors i.e.coffee and juice they discontinue the contract with Super 8. We are in process for another vendors. Again i am sorry for your inconvenience.
