Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht genutzt. Das Preis—Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Der Service war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist jedoch schon ziemlich in Jahre gekommen. Für den bezahlten Preis waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Toll gelegenes Hotel / Downtown
Toll gelegenes Hote, direkt Downtown. Die Rezeption befindet sich in der 6. Etage, nicht dort wo das Taxi ankommt. Ungewöhnlich und nicht ausgeschildert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. In unserem Zimmer befanden sich nur zwei Steckdosen, deutlich zu wenig. Zimmergröße war gut. Größes Frühstücksbuffet, mit - naturgemäß - großer asiatischer Küche. Frisch zubereitete Nudelsuppe vom Koch kann ich empfehlen, sehr lecker! Eierspeisen werden auch frisch zubereitet nach Wunsch. Es gibt eine Sky Lounge in der 6. Etage, netter Blick über die Stadt. Ist aber nicht der Chillout-Ort den man gesehen haben muss, dafür fehlt die Atmosphäre und die Aussicht müsste besser sein. Für einen Absacker aber okay. Zur Abkühlung empfehle ich den Pool, läd zum Relaxen ein.

Schönes Stadthotel mit internationalem Flair
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Centara Hat Yai. Es hat einen Hauch von Luxushotel und ist trotzdem erschwinglich. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 15. Stock mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt und war komfortabel und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wer ein quirliges Nachtleben und Shoppingmöglichkeiten mag, braucht nur vor die Tür zu gehen. Das Frühstückbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl an asiatischen und europäischen Gerichten und war sehr lecker, der Frühstücksraum hatte allerdings ein wenig Bahnhofshallen-Flair, da groß und laut. Ansonsten war wir erneut begeistert von diesem Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr zentral
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Hotel überrascht von innen mit einem deutlich schönerem Auftritt als von außen. Wobei die gesamte Innenstadt (aus europäischer Sicht) nicht gerade sehr einladend ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und dem Preissegment entsprechend sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Musik von Flur stört ein wenig ist jedoch nicht schlafraubend! Kann das Hotel aufjedenfall empfehlen, die Stadt selber für einen Urlaub allerdings nicht!

We enjoyed staying here! Very safe. They have a nice smoking area on the 6th floor as well as two restaurants and the lounge with bar where they have live music every night from 21:00-00:00. The elevator from 6floor up had to have your keycard to approve entrance onto your floor. They have a kids rooms, a pool, and a spa on the 7th floor. The pool is 1-1.45 meters. As a recommendation for children with small families you'd make a decent amount of money having pool toys for sale. There was no shop or market within 2 km that had pool toys for sale. The pool was too big for our kiddos but very nice tanning area for adults. They do have very nice security in place with cameras in hallways. Always felt safe and got to know a few of the doormen. It was fun to chat with them. All staff was very respectful and there to help you. If you need any help at all the staff is willing to try. Only problem was the QR code for the English room service menu didn't work but even though the restaurant was almost closed we came down and had dinner.

Lee garden market is just right infront of the hotel doorstep. Night markets are everywhere. Massages are everywhere. Basically, in the heart of Hatyai. Centara beds are comfy. Loves the view. Would recommend.

My 1st time in Hat Yai. I choose this hotel because of the location and good reviews of customer service is good. I have very helpful staff, Kansinee, she helps me with international call to my bank since I have so much issue try to do cash advance. She is very helpful with scheduling taxi for me to the airport. All of the staffs are friendly and helpful with what you need and have questions about. If I visit Hat Yai again I will stay at Centara hotel again.
