I am really sorry for the breakfast service on that day. It is not usually like that at hampton inn and suites. I hope you will give us anopther chance to serve you better.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. They were quick to correct a small problem in our room with our shower and re located us to a new room right away. The lobby has a nice display of refreshments. The building is very clean and comfortable. They are respectful of all guests in ensuring the space is quiet and that other guests are staying quiet so everyone can enjoy their stay. The pool is nice but a hot tub would have been a nice feature to have access too.

Other guest were commenting the breakfast buffet was substandard compared to the other Hampton Bay’s. I agreed. It would nice to have the business centre up and running again after so many years of no printer. Private documents cannot be emailed to reception.

Everything was great until we went for breakfast and couldn’t get back in our room. We had adjoining rooms and my daughter in the other room locked her door with the safety latch and came out our door. Yes it was her fault but there should be a master lock to get through the adjoining doors. What if there was a child in there. Finally my husband bent the latch and got it open after an hour. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Their juices are too sour (apple, cranberry and orange). The hotel is in an industrial area and not close to other attractions or dinning. Housekeeper the morning of Nov-21-2023 was not friendly at all. Just miserable.
