Perched mere steps from the clear water of Pine Mountain Lake, this family-oriented retreat offers plenty of room for larger groups to enjoy and sits in the heart of all the best attractions. After a full day on the lake or golfing nearby, the fully equipped kitchen will come in handy for whipping up tasty meals and everyone will fall in love with the unique layout of the home that seamlessly connects each room to create an airy and open floorplan. Don't worry about the fun stopping when you return to home base each evening, as a glass of wine can easily be enjoyed on one of the two decks and the kids will have limitless options for fun with a pool table and the garage that has been made into a game room complete with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey!

When it is time to hit the hay each night, the lower floor is home to two bedrooms, one with a twin-over-double bunk bed and the other offering a full-size bed. The main floor boasts a spacious main bedroom complete with a queen-size bed. The upper floor contains the last two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twins!

Though there will be endless fun to be had right at your fingertips, heading out to Pine Mountain Lake for some fishing, swimming, and hiking will be a treat for the whole family to enjoy. When you want to venture out a bit further, the north entrance of Yosemite Valley awaits just 23 miles from your front door, making the tall walls of El Capitan and Half Dome a must-see on this vacation! Plus, the heart of Groveland is also four miles away offering a plethora of restaurants and local grocery stores to grab a bite to eat or stock up on necessities!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home does not have central heating and air. It has two minisplits in the great room and space heaters in the bedrooms.
This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
