„We enjoyed our stay in the mountains of TN. The description online is spot on, it's a beautiful and unique opportunity found settled among the trees and nature. I would describe it as a top-shelf efficiency tiny home. Everything you need is there, it's cozy and beautifully maintained. You are settled next to Ms Carol, the gracious owner who insists on your privacy. I would however recommend, chatting with Ms Carol, she's delightful :) A wonderful stay, and we hope to return someday.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. The view was great and the place was decorated and stocked with obvious care. We brought our SeaDoo and were able to use the dock to keep the ski when not riding. There’s a boat ramp right down from the house. The host, Brent, responded quickly for anything we needed. „The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope ...

„The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful.“

„Property was clean and as described. Beautiful setting that was perfect for our weekend. We were too busy to fully enjoy the property, but grandkids loved swimming off the multi-level dock. Would definitely stay here again, but next time will bring our boat, and set aside more time.“

„I think the owner is trying to make some specific upgrades, but it is an older unit that is showing some wear and tear. If you make an upgrade, bring the whole room up to date.The bunk bed was wobbly, so our grandson used the bottom.
