Stayed with kids age 12
Resort is great lots of lounge space, crowded but did not feel crowded, great food on site and good location. Paid extra for water activities whic was expected and good service. Rooms a nice size

Very welcoming and friendly staff, we had a room on the left side of the hotel - very quiet, small patio, spacious.
Would definitely recommend

The room is very basic and the front desk did a poor job locating us in the room we asked for. They changed our room to an accessible room and when we asked for a normal room they refused. They later forced us to check out earlier in order to check in to a normal room meaning we would not have any room during the day from 12 to 4PM! When I refused they said we have to since they booked our room to another guest! Each time they offered us another room basically they downgraded the room! What a mess!
They also did not have enough beds with umbrella on the beach. Did not provide enough towels.

We loved your beautiful property. What an amazing beach.
The staff is fantastic. I have never met such a friendly, hardworking hotel staff.
I want to acknowledge Beata at Sun Ray , Carol, the concierge, Marina, the server at the outdoor bar, Kirk the bell captain, Lucia and especially Marline, of housekeeping.
