Das Hotel haben wir wegen der Nähe zum Grand Canyon ausgesucht. Die Preise sind deswegen etwas höher. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht ok. Wir haben im Hotel sehr gut gefrühstückt. War nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Personal war sehr nett. Für eine Nacht ok.

Rundherum eine gute Unterkunft (wir waren 2 Nächte dort). Im Winter sind die Zimmer allerdings ziemlich kalt, auch die Klima Heizung hilft nicht sehr viel. Dafür ist der hot tub umso besser! Ein echtes Highlight, wenn auch nicht allzu groß. Zu empfehlen ist das Frühstücksbuffett für einen angemessenen Preis.

Es ist eine sehr große Einrichtung mit enormem Durchgang, das ist zu spüren. Die Mitarbeiter sind formal freundlich und bemüht die Arbeitsabläufe einzuhalten-mehr aber auch nicht. Schade, hier hatte ich das Gefühl: Tourismus versaut!

Da das Zimmer nicht den versprochenen Anforderungen entsprach (es war recht laut), versprach der Supervisor, ich würde einen 15%igen Nachlass auf den Zimmerpreis bekommen, wenn ich es bei Expedia anmelden würde. Das habe ich getan, aber das Hotel hat im Nachhinein seine Meinung geändert. Sehr enttäuschend!

Since you made your reservation through Expedia something like this is extremely difficult, and as a practice something we do not do. This is a very nice property and suited our needs well. Always good to have a separate sleeping and living room while touring along with mini refrigerator and coffee maker. It was right outside the park entrance, where the IMax theater was and The Pink Jeep plus air tours were located.

The property was conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful but overall this facility good use an upgrade. The mattresses were not comfortable (nor the pillows). Our shower head was broken as was the refrigerator door. The gym is small and the remote didn’t work. Only one ice machine worked in my building and hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. For the price per night I expected higher quality.

Everything was great at the hotel..the only thing that was wrong our mattresses were not that firm felt broken down😞 But would totally recommend this hotel..

I suppose it is difficult to grow proper grass around here. The pups weren't keen on the dirt (but we are from the East so maybe we are spoiled). The pet fee is acceptable because it is "per stay" and not per night per pet. We liked the place. It was difficult to get access to the spa without it being already in use.

Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Our only complaint was there was no fan in the bathroom, and the steam from the shower kept making our smoke detector go off. We called the front desk and they were very nonchalant and unconcerned. Other than this, I’d give the hotel 5 stars.

It looked and smelled not very nice. The building is in the back of other buildings, which didn’t give a very good vibe. The room smelled very weird, but the staff was nice. Won’t return to this hotel.
