Ask how parking works. Reception needs to give you a ticket upfront. Otherwise you get surprized like i got. Poor instructions.

Sehr ringhörig.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, aber recht in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr ringhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort der Nachbarzimmer!!!!

Ein großes Hotel mitten in einer Großstadt ohne Parkgarage mit Zugang vom Hotel aus ist sehr mühsam

Nice hotel in good location.

The hotel is nice enough, the location pretty central. We were given a wrong price for the available parking - which we noticed when we had to pay. It is now 11pounds per day. Also, we never received the bottle of wine that we were supposed to get due to the hotels.com status now were we offered an upgrade. Rather we had to ask to switch rooms after one night because there were renovations going on right above us evening and morning.

On arrival we were promptly told we had a free drink as part of our VIP privilege, we drank in the lovely bar area. We were given a lovely room on floor 10 overlooking the river. Staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy. Biggest TV we have ever had in a hotel.

We were woken up 3 times at night by loud noise , we eventually decided was the air conditioning
