Thank you for the review, Emily! We love a good seat too, it helps cushion the blow when we don't earn that 5th star we strive for! We have premium memory foam mattresses, but it's definitely challenging to find a bed that's perfect for everyone's unique preferences. It's a bummer you didn't get a chance to meet our awesome staff! We have housekeepers around the property daily from 9 am to 4 pm. We also have a manager who is on call 24-hours a day and lives on-site. She is always just a phone call away for our guests! If you ever come back to stay let me know and I'll personally try out all the beds to find the comfiest one for you. We know a good night's sleep is next to cleanliness and appreciate you still giving us 4 stars!

Hi Lawrence, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I wanted to address a couple of your concerns. We do have staff on-site daily, I actually checked in with you and your guests when I saw you in the parking lot and asked how your stay was going, to which I was told everything was good. I would have been happy to help with the sink issue had I been aware. I checked the sink the day after receiving your review and we could not find an issue with the sink and have not had any complaints since, so I am not sure what was going on there. We are small family-owned and live just one minute from the property. We also provide a phone number that we answer 24 hours a day. We recently acquired this property and our front office is undergoing a renovation, which is why we don't have a front desk for check-in currently. We have also found that most of our guests are loving our contactless check-in process. We agree that the windows need to be upgraded in some of the suites to help reduce outside noise, thank you for your feedback about that. We are sorry to hear that you will not be returning. We would have loved the opportunity to speak with you during your stay and try to make things more comfortable for you. Thank you again for the feedback though.
