The rooms were poorly cleaned, the phones didn't work and it was no remote for the TV. Apple pay did not work.

We did not stay here. It was extremely unsanitary and concerning. The towels were unwashed. It reeked of vomit. The pool looked like sewage water. The drain of the bathtub was backed up with rust and hair. I still had to pay for the night even though I came and left

The beds were dirty, it smelled like cigarettes and someone tried covering the smell with cologne. There is water damage on the ceilings and the walls. We asked for a refund but they offered two other rooms. When we checked the beds in the other room there was hair food crumbs and dirt under the sheets and urine stains on the mattress. We left the Comfort inn and went across the street and stayed in the Best Western.

Elevator broken, pool out of order, ac in the first room out of order…not what I paid for. Glad I’m only staying a night
