Empfehlung.
Empfehlenswert, ausgezeichnete Lage zu Altstadt und Bahnhof. Fenster ging in einen engen Innenhof. Folglich nicht geeignet wenn man wert auf ein helles Zimmer legt. Am Sonntag war der Frühstücksraum überlastet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ganz ok - nichts besonderes
Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und zu Fuß ist alles Wichtige in Florenz erreichbar. Technisch gab es einige Probleme. Zum einen lief die Lüftung die ganze Nacht und man konnte kaum schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wurde diese dann aber abgestellt. Und zweitens sollte man berücksichtigen, dass unsere in Deutschland benutzten Kaltgerätestecker (also die dicken Stecker) dort in keiner Steckdosen reinpassten, z.B. von einem Laptop-Ladegerät. Das war neu für mich. Nur die schmalen Stecker, z.B. von Handyladegeräten passen. Scheinbar gibt es da minimale Unterschiede. Nach etwas Suchen hatte das Hotel aber einen Adapter für mich gefunden. Zum Glück! Was ich aber bemängeln würde, ist das Frühstück. Bei einem 4*-Hotel würde ich deutlich mehr Angebot erwarten. Alle Tage die gleichen 3 Wurst- und 2 Käsesorten. Kein Lachs und auch sonst geringe Auswahl. Zum Schluss war ich schon garnicht mehr hingegangen, weil mir das zu unbefriedigend war.

Obwohl das Hotel mit Parkplätzen wirbt, waren keine verfügbar. Der Rezeptionist sah auch kein Handlungsbedarf, wir mussten das parking selber organisieren. Der manager war 3 Tage nicht zu sprechen

sehr elegantes hotel in direkter nähe zum bahnhof
sehr elegantes hotel in direkter nähe (5min zu fuß) zum bahnhof s.m.n., allerdings in einer ruhigen seitenstr., so daß man vom trubel nichts mitbekommt. das einzelzimmer war sehr luxoriös, das bad ebenso, die klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos und das frühstück im leicht stickigen frühstücksraum im keller (draußen waren allerdings auch über 40 grad...) war abwechslungsreich und für jeden geschmack war etwas dabei. alle sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu fuß in kurzer zeit erreichbar.

Schönes Hotel für die Stadtbesichtigung/
Wir hatten ein geräumiges, ruhiges und schönes Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Tee-/Kaffekocher im Zimmer. Sogar ein hoteleigenes Smartphone zur freien Verfügung. Tolle Lage für die Stadtbesichtigung und für den Messebesuch. Alles kann man schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Bushaltestelle direkt vom Hotel. Leider hat die Heizung im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Kein Umkleidezimmer im Hotel. Frühstück sehr dürftig für die 4 Sterne.

Zentrales Hotel für Städteurlaub
Nahe am Bahnhof Innenstadt gut zu Fuss erreichbar alles in nächster Nähe. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN schlecht bis ungenügend. Alles in allem empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Do not reserve in this hotel
The worst experience ever, if you want to let the flies bite you then choose this place, there is no AC in the rooms we have not slept all over the night and we have a 5 months child that did not sleep because we have to open the window to let the air inside the room!! I have paid 34€ per night for parking and it depends on your car size. We were in the most expensive cities in Euroupe and i have not paid like this price! There is no wifi connection in all over the hotel. Free wifi is a lie!! I and my wifi have consumed all our 3G roaming limit and have to buy another Mbs. So you loose your money in indirect ways... We have spent 2 hours to find the hotel by the navigation. Only one small label located on the wall with the hotel name... It is better to reserve in a 1 star hotel than this horrible stay!! We are schocked from the good rating of this bad hotel ever. We were in many cities in all over Europe and never met like this one!!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write the review, we are sorry for your experience. Our Hotel is located in the center of Florence, we agree that it is not easy to drive in the city center, the cost of public parking is Euro 3,00 per hour (€ 36,00 per day) you spent € 34,00 for a private garage with valet service included (pick-up and return the car at the hotel entrance door). It is unusual for early April to have a such warm weather in Florence, since we have a central heating/cooling system, we switched off heating and on cooling the first week of April, but the temperature never raised over 20°C (68°F). Internet Wifi is never too much, we understand, but we give to ALL our guests the same rage of internet band. Best regards. Andrea Vagniluca General Manager

Schön ruhig, außer knallenden Türen...
Gute Lage zur fußläufigen Erkundung der Stadt. Schöner Ausblick auf herrlich begrünten Innenhof. Leider hatten auf unserem Flur all die schweren Zimmertüren keinen sanft schließenden Mechanismus, so dass einen der kräftige Rumms einer zufallenden Tür morgens aus jedem Schlaf holte. Die Rezeption muß mal ihren Servicegedanken überdenken. Trotzdessen ist der Aufenthalt aber empfehlenswert.

The staff were pleasant and the hotel entrance, lobby area, and breakfast area were nice, there was a decent breakfast, and the room and bathroom were quite spacious. The shower in our room was a handle in a bathtub that came to maybe waist height and the roof there slanted down so no standing, and the drain did not drain fast enough, so the shower was sitting in the bottom of the bathtub filled with dirty water trying to wash your hair and body with one hand. There were ants and spiders in the room that got into my luggage. The air conditioning was more like a tepid breeze, and when I asked about it I was told it was working just fine. From about 9am-7pm, any time spent in the room was in the least amount of clothes possible not moving. I went to read other reviews and it sounds like the ac on the top floor is a known issue. Maybe other rooms are in better shape but if I had to have the same room again I would never come back.

Lovely spotlessly clean room. Those cleaning the rooms and bathrooms did an exceptional job! The rooms were wonderfully traditional.... Felt like part of. Florence history. Unfortunate noise early the first morning.. Around 5am..with trash collection. Otherwise great experience. The breakfast was good too... Lots of choice.

L’hotel è una struttura elegante e pulita, anche se un po’ datata. Si trova in posizione centrale, molto comodo per raggiungere i mezzi e a pochi passi dal centro. La colazione è varia e buona, il personale gentile. Necessiterebbe di essere un po’ ammodernato, soprattutto dal punto di vista idraulico (bagno con rubinetti caldo/freddo, senza miscelatori). Nel complesso, comunque, ottima esperienza.

Beautiful property with an attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location that's ~3 min walk from the train station and also an easy ~20 min walk to many of the city's main attractions. Good breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants around as well, loved my stay here and would definitely return.

Overnight trip to Floence
The hotel was beautiful with a very friendly and accommodating staff! The room was absolutely amazing with a great Roman decor. The entire room was amazing! The only down side was the bed was not comfortable but was extremely large enough for my wife and I as I am 6'4. I would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

The location is walkable for almost all scenarios. Easy to get on and off the train. Lots of dinners options and shopping area all around. The breakfast is the best for food and service. All stuffs are kind and polite. The building is a little old and some fixtures need to be renovated. But overall, I’ll definitely recommend the hotel. Great experiences for us

Great place to stay in Florence. Close to everything. Took the train in from Rome and the hotel is a 2 block walk from the platform. Room was great and the staff were accommodating. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at Hotel Albani and definitely not the last. We surely enjoyed our visit. It’s a great boutique hotel, clean, well-located and wonderful staff.

need to improve the environment
Not enough hot water for bathing after 10 PM. The room next door is being decorated. Workers passed by and smoked and there was noise. But the Hotel location is good. Breakfast and service is good.

清潔感有り周辺も静かで良かったです。ボイラーのキャパの問題か、朝方や夜のシャワーピーク時にお湯温度が下がり、冬はキツイと思われます。

Habitaciones necesitan remodelación y mejoras
Las instalaciones en áreas comunes están bien. Por otro lado las habitaciones, que definitivamente no son de 4 estrellas, necesitan actualización y arreglos para que no sean incómodas.

Great experience here. Staff very welcoming and responsive. Very close to central train station and walkable to many sites. Many great restaurants and shops around. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful. Look forward to staying here again during our next visit to Florence.

Comfortable and clean, stayed only one night (also loved the decor or the rooms. Decent breakfast and great staff, so close to the station and I appreciated them letting me leave my bags before and after checkout.
