Alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Die Hausdame Kadijja im vierten Etage war immer vorkommen und sogar die Klamotten zusammen gelegt. Das Frühstück Buffet hatte viel anzubieten. Schwimm Bereich war extrem Sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Gesamte Personal waren immer hilfsbereit. Jeder Cent Trinkgeld ist wirklich wert

Generally very good. Most, but not all the reception staff helpful. Room cleaning at 16.00 a bit late in the day. Not tidy and clean around the pool. However the pool is abdolutiey beautiful and one of the biggest I have ever seen. Rooms large and clean. Overall highly recommended, a few improvements would make this hotel absolutely outstanding

Das Hotel war vom Feinsten. Unglaublich zuvorkommendes Personal mit hoher Professionalität. Sehr modernes Haus, wunderschöne Zimmer. Die Küche war gehobenes europäisches Niveau, sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Wir waren im Januar außerhalb der Saison da, so daß wir die Außenanlage mit Pool nicht sinnvoll bewerten können. Rundum begeistert! Der Preis über Hotel.com war auch super.

Das Personal was sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Das Sicherheitspersonal ist sehr penibel, jedoch dabei höflich. Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Check-In dauerte nicht mal eine Minute. Immer wieder gerne !!!

Hotel Pool und Terrasse werden renoviert. Leider viel Dreck und Lärm. Service und Personal noch nicht auf Marriott Standard. Brauchen Training. Marokkanisches Restaurant geschlossen wegen Renovierung. Hotel wurde erst zu Beginn 2017 von Marriott übernommen.

cet hôtel. est très confortable voire luxueux le personnel très attentionné , Le bemol c'est que nous étions pendant le ramadan avec une météo plus que médiocre ,donc l'hôtel était quasi vide ainsi que les 3 restaurants ce qui plombait l'ambiance le petit déjeuner était plus que parfait La chambre cote jardin un peu sombre mais très calme vu la faible fréquentation on aurait peut être pu bénéficier d' un surclassement l'hôtel est un peu isolé dans la ville nouvelle mais pour 1 euro un taxi nous emmène facilement en 5 mn dans la médina et. ses monuments emblématiques pour 100 euros nous avons excursionné à volubilis et Meknes et idem le lendemain vers le moyen atlas Ifrane pour 40 euros un guide de l'hôtel nous a fait visiter FES et sa médina avec une expérience malheureuse chez un marchand de tapis manipulateur et harceleur ou nous avons perdu de l'argent et beaucoup de temps évidemment le guide complice du nom de Hamid que nous ne recommandons pas ,plus préoccupé par sa commission que de nous faire visiter la ville la société Fez Carpet dans la médina est à fuir bref ce voyage reste malgré tout positif

Great experience…. After 4 days in Riad in Marrakesh, getting to this hotel was a needed breath of fresh air. Beautiful lobby, responsive staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast buffet… Its walking distance to many sites (if you enjoy walking 15,000 steps a day - which we do). Lovely experience that I would repeat.

Not worth the price.
Hotel feels old. I was travelling in a motorcycle. The room was literally 300 metres away walking from the reception. Best thing is the pool area and the breakfast quality. The rest is not worth the price.
