A bit run down. Sent an access number that did not work. Information provided by Experian did not match actuality . We were told breakfast started at 6 30 but on arrival this turned out to be 8 bought two breakfasts that were not used

And the breakfast situation? Well, it seems , you did not understand good information, because is on the web site of Expedia-Week : Monday to Friday 6:30/9:30 - You arrive Friday, hours change, and our personnal give to you the good information- you take the decision reserve breakfast, we are not at fault if you didn't undestand-On a more serious note, we want to assure you that we're diving headfirst into fixing these hiccups.
