This place is an absolute dump. Listen I was not expecting much, I did not set my expectations high. All I was looking for was something halfway decent to lay my head down at night. What I got was a room with a door that did not lock when closed, meaning if you left your room it was unsecured allowing anyone to walk in with a twist of the handle. It reeked of mold and was filthy. I had my room changed right away because of the door issue. The room I was given in its place was even worse, the ceiling had holes in it and was falling in at a corner, an active leak, the ceiling was bubbled up everywhere, the room stunk of mold as well, was dirty, the shower had no hot water, not even warm. The shower faucet was hanging from the wall as well as the handle to adjust the water. This place was a complete dump. On top of all this the hotel deactivates your room key daily making you have to stop by the office daily to reactivate it due to undesirable people trying to use the rooms as a drug dens. The undesirable people are everywhere too after one night in this hell hole and someone screaming outside "I am going to kill you" at someone next-door I got a refund and got as far away from this dump as possible. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

Horrible property nothing like the pictures.. drug addicts everywhere. Our bed and curtains were broken. The list goes on and on.. just save your time and money and book elsewhere.

My husband fell in the shower. Slippery tubs and no grab bars even though advertised as accessible. Toilet leaked from the bottom every time you flushed so we had a real struggle getting him up with the wet floor. Room floors were dirty. Area is very sketchy. No refund from Expedia.

We arrived checked in with hesitation and went to our room. The door had space top and bottom, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelled of mold. The kitchenette was cracked the only sink is right inside the open door. We didn't stay and demanded a refund. The person at the front desk was apologetic and very friendly, but we couldn't stay.

The staff tried to help, but when you are given a room with no working tv, no curtains, 1/2 the blind panels missing, and a king bed on a full frame. I didn’t feel safe being in that room. It was supposed to be a breakfast included. Only had waffles, no coffee, no butter, and it was at the hotel next door.

Room was badly maintained. Two lights didn’t work, electrical socket was not secured to the wall, couldn’t adjust the temperature of the shower (hot/cold tap just spun around and around), fridge made a loud humming noise, fly screen door was off the rails, a/c unit worked but looked badly damaged. I also saw a cockroach in the breakfast area. Terrible. We booked 3 days but only stayed two.

Not what I expected. It has that old building smell to it. One of the window screen outside looks like someone tried getting in. The door in the bathroom is broken. The bathtub is flighty. The floor around the toilet has stains that could have been removed but it’s as if they didn’t bother cleaning it. The beds are very squeaky. The deposit is $100 and hoping they do give it back

This hotel was perhaps the dirtiest and nastiest hotel I’ve ever visited. The bathroom was horrid and all of the furniture was disgusting, old and worn. I am shocked that this company offers amenities like these to their guests. This review is by no means is a harsh review aimed to the employees who work at this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I feel bad these employees because they have to maintain such a poor excuse of a hotel and a facility. Who ever owns and manages this facility should invest their money properly on renovating this building because it is absolutely shameful to call yourself a hotel and offer these rooms for your guests to stay in.

This property looks as though it's in the process of transition. Not sure if they are remodeling but they need to do a thorough pest control sweep as there were roaches. If the cleaning crew failed to notice them and failed to notify the manger the guest will. I told the morning staff member about the problem in the morning. I have yet to receive a call back about my stay.

I have never been to such an horrible hotel
I did not take any picture. Alone with my daughter, coming back from Seaworld. I have not slept. First it's filthy : sink is painted (yes, painted), and dry paint goes down when you run water. Hair in it. The remote control has a scotch so you don't steal the battery? (which says long to the neighborhood (next to a gas station). Furniture are old, in poor shape. Alarm clock was doing curious noises, I tried to unplug it: my fingers got covered with dust. 2 lamps did not work. I mean... just destroy it or remodel. Only positive thing : the breakfast lady was really nice, trying are and smiley. Contrary to the receptionist who did not even say hello. It is OUTRAGEOUS

It smelled dirty asa you walked in. The curtain was missing blinds so didn’t feel like I could sleep in. The fridge seemed like it was leaking and wasn’t working properly. Nothing ever got cold. The DIRECTV kept freezing malfunctioning so was hard to watch anything. The phone looks like it’s from 1970’s or 80’s. Hot water was hard to obtain in shower and bathroom looked like it was falling apart, paint peeling even the tub tile was painted & peeling. Seemed like there was only one ice machine and was way too far. Plus the front desk was closed with a sign saying to go across the street when in reality is right next to it. No one ever said that the breakfast area was in the hotel right next to it rather than in the lobby.For the actual hotel.

Beware, DO NOT STAY at this dirty hole
I had booked this property for two nights, we had driven for a long time and we reached tired around 9pm at the property. The hotel doesn’t look anywhere near what is seen in the pictures. The floor had spots and a lot of dirt. The bathroom has marks on the bathtub and broken sink/door. The furniture is old and run down. Cigarette buts were around the walkways. We were so disappointed that we wanted to check out immediately, however the hotel didn’t allow the refund and forced us to pay at least one night. It was late in the night so we ended up staying the night but left early morning. I booked another property which was cheaper priced that what we paid here and was much nicer. Stay out of trouble and do not stay here.

This was probably one of the nastiest most rundown properties I've ever stayed at. It amazes me someone can invest millions to aquire a property, and then refuse to perform any maintenance or upkeep. The owners clearly have no pride in what they do. 3/4 of the lights didn't even work in the room, and the tv couldn't turn on. There isn't enough space in this review to list everything that was disgusting about the room and property. If you're just looking for a place to do drugs and crash, this is the place for you.
