Good place to stay, the shower needs renovation
Veröffentlicht am 09.03.2019 auf HotelsBeautiful and spacious rooms in a good location, you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes on foot and find plenty of restaurants on the way. Breakfast buffet offers everything you wish.
Water pressure in the shared bathroom on the 1st floor was TERRIBLE - if we had stayed for more than one night that would have ruined our holidays.

B&B Hotel in the southern part of the city

sehr angenehmes Hotel, leicht erreichbar

Gut: Das Frühstück :D mmmmmhm
Nicht so gut: was das Hotel betrifft, nicht - auf die Busfahrer habt ihr wahrscheinlich keinen Einfluss, oder? ;)
Lage: ziemlich nahe dem city centre, kostet mit dem Taxi ca 8 Pfund
das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie sich herausstellte der Eigentümer sogar ein Universitätsprofessor, mit dem man sehr spannende Gespräche führen konnte. Das Hotel war sauber, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (Tee, TV, Wlan, eigenes Bad). Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Getränke und Toast wurden serviert, zusätzlich warmes und kaltes Buffet. Die Busstation vor dem Haus, das Busfahren allerdings eine Herausforderung, da Stops weder angezeigt noch angesagt werden und nicht einmal die Busfahrer die einzelnen Haltestellen kennen. Aber nach 5 Tagen hatten wir es irgendwie durchschaut. Auf jeden Fall höchst empfehlenswert. :)

Gut: Hauseigener Parkplatz und Nähe zur Innenstadt war toll.
Nicht so gut: Der Zeitraum fürs Frühstück ist nur von 8-9 Uhr. Etwas kurz und zu früh.

We are glad you thought our location was within good proximity to the city centre and that you made use of our car park. We are sorry to hear you felt that breakfast times are too early and short. Most of our guests are happy with our breakfast times as they are eager to have an early start for sightseeing. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Keine Annulierung mit Rüsckerstattung möglich!!
Veröffentlicht am 14.04.2016 auf EbookersWegen einer psychischen Erkrankung einer Mitreisende habe ich dieses Hotel lange im voraus ( 4 Monate) storniert. Es gab keine Rückerstattung, was für mich eine riesige Enttäuschung ist. An anderen Orte kann ich bis kurz vorher kostenlos stornieren. Ich werde deshalb nach Möglichkeit nicht mehr über e-bookers reservieren.

Unsere Zimmer war ohne Dusche und WC
Veröffentlicht am 01.06.2015Unser Zimmer war ohne Dusche und WC und davon haben wir keine Ahnung gehabt (bei der Buchung war das nicht ersichtlich)! Als wir nach ein Zimmer mit Dusche und WC gefragt haben, hat geheißen wir müssen 30 Pfund pro Nacht mehr zahlen!!
Wir habe 4-Nächte übernachtet und kein einziges Mal wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt!
