Thank you for taking time to write us a review. We regret to learn that you have missed your AirPods during your stay in Hong Kong.
Penta always takes guests’ safety as top priority. We were concerned about the experience you had encountered, therefore my team has been following up the case with you directly since 14 April 2019. Despite carrying a number of thorough checks of your room and reviewing our CCTV system, we are sorry to have informed you that the result was negative. We understand your worries about the missing items, so we have strongly recommended you in our nearly 10 email correspondences to report your case to the Hong Kong Police which is the authority to handle this issue and to prove either the innocence of my team or unfortunately misconduct.
