walkway to the airport, large rooms, clean, good selection of bars and restaurants - all that was great but it took a long time to check in and then room key did not work, parking garage exit card did not work, no USB charging ports in room , bathroom sink not draining, really old ripped bathtowel - we loved this hotel but it needs a little attention with comfort features for the price, also Euro 30 for parking Euro 12 accommodation fee for one night is excessive

I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fail.
