The tv remote didn’t work. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work. No coffee at breakfast until I complained. One elevator was out of service. Housekeeping didn’t come .odaydayeven though it was Wa

Location was great. Property looked appealing but, the breakfast was horrible. Room was dirty, including the walls. Yuk!

I was in a first floor unit. Only room left upon check in. Unit had a bad musty smell no hot water in shower and the parking lot noise kept me and my daughter awake all night. Not staying here ever again

Everything was good until we got settled in the room and realized there’s no microwaves. I called the front desk because we’ve stayed in this hotel several times before and there was microwaves. I then was informed that there’s no microwaves on the 3rd floor. The lady at the front desk was willing to reheat my food but it’s such an inconvenience to have to go all the way downstairs to let someone reheat your food. She did offer to switch our rooms but we was already settled in at that point. It would be nice if the 3rd could get microwaves or asked people will they need a microwave at check in so you can be put on the first or second floor.

The water was orange, we were unable to take showers, the phone did not work, the tv kept blinking out, they had roaches plus there free breakfast was just bread and bagels! I will NEVER stay there again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!!
