Dear Paan Tan Thank you for the valuable feedback. We regret to hear your disappointment with our service. I have gone through your details; 1. For turtle snorkelling, you were taken 02 stops. One was in Noogiri reef and another reef was on the way back. The sea current was strong on the day you went. You had snorkelling for over 40 minutes at each stop. Total time spent was over 01 hour 40 minutes according to our team members who escorted you to the trip. On the way back you requested to go to the sandbank, which was not on the excursion which you have taken. When the team members informed its not possible. You have then, requested to just stop in the sandbank to take a photo. As this was not possible, you had to come back to the island. Kindly note once again, Sandbank is a different excursion. Also, we need to take prior permission from the sandbank renting party. On that day there were some people on the sandbank at that time when you requested to stop. Sandbank is rented for parties on allowed timings. Our team member has explained this to you and also our operation manager did explain to you when you were back. We would also have stopped to take a picture on the sandbank after taking permission, only if there was no other party on the sandbank at that time. It's not on our business model to disappoint our guests. But on the business point of view, if there was no person and you want to stay more time, we would take permission from the sandbank renter and charged you for the excursion. 2. Regarding the trip to Dhigurah. There is an unofficial transport which we did not know at the time. This was a speedboat going Dhigurah at 0600hrs from Dhangethi. When we were asked we have informed the normal options which we knew. That is the afternoon local ferry option and the charter speedboat option. When we gave this two option you went to the
