The property is super conveniently located. The room was small but clean. There were some minor cosmetic things that the room needed but it was good overall. Breakfast was decent there were no eggs or bacon but there were waffles, a toaster, microwave, etc. the only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is because there was a live roach in the room. The roach looked like it had been sprayed with pesticides so that’s good.

There was only two things that was wrong was the time that it took to get me in the room i had a reservation so i just dont understand what took so long and the stair well was next to my room and every time someone used the stairs the door slammed hard it woke us up a few times but overall the room was excellent staff was kind

Good location for restaurants, grocery etc. The hotel itself was ok but didn't match the cost. 2 nights were 900$ 🇨🇦 most likely due to the Daytona 500. The breakfast was average, room was clean enough but had unfinished drywall repairs and coffee and supplies but no coffee maker. The staff were very friendly. I booked based on reviews but don't feel the stay was worth what I paid or met expectations.

This place was very good before the pandemic. It wasn't so good this time. The fridge wasn't working. The room smells not goo. There was limited choices for the breakfast.

DUMP DUMP DUMP DO NOT STAY HERE. HAD GUEST STAYING HERE 10 DAYS AND THEIR ONE WASHING MACHINE WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE 10 DAYS. MY GUESTS HAD TO GO FIND A LAUNDRY MAT TWICE. HOTEL EMPLOYEE (MAID POSSUBLY) LIVED THERE WITH HER 4 KIDS WHO WERE HOODLEMS AND HAD RUN OF THE GUEST COMPUTER AND WERE RUNNING UP AND DOWN HALLS DURING ENTIRE STAY. ALSO TRASH ALL OVER PARKING LOT. ROOMS EXTREMEMY SMALL AND NASTY. POCKET DOOR FOR BATHROOM IT WAS SO SMALL FOR 2 DOUBLE BEDS. I WOULD NOT STAY THERE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!

Breakfast needs improvement.
Everything was great. The only complaint is that the breakfast needs a lot of improvement. There is not a great selection, and it is the same thing every morning.

Go-to hotel in the Daytona area
This is our go-to hotel when visiting family in the Daytona area. The breakfast is great, and everything is always clean. We don't experiment with other hotels in this price range - had too many not-soo-great experiences. Sleep Inn is our choice.

It’s a cheep place to sleep I booked it because it was cheep. Went to see my friends and hardy spent longer that the night in the room. Bed was ok to sleep on. Amenities were ok but could be better. They seemed to be having drain problems because the toilet water was very high. The was a cockroach on the second to last night I was there but at that point I was packing for my flight. Don’t get me wrong, staff were alway polite and helpful but that can’t make a place better. I’m pretty sure house keepers came into my room while was in the shower despite me being told you have to request house keepers the day before. The hotel itself only has a single washer and single dryer for the entire building. After washing my clothes it took me 3 hours until the dryer became free. Which stopped working 15 minutes into me using it. Thank god I was close to my friends to dry my clothes. The breakfast was ok but not much variety with the hot food. Also despite the signs saying no good in rooms, people often took large plates of food. Staff only seemed to stop people they want. No wonder there was cockroaches in the rooms. The smell of weed in the place was overwhelming at times. Like I know it’s legal but it makes the place worse. So yeah, cheep for the bed and room but overall not great. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location and good value.
I think the hotel is okay for the price. Just little things like no remote for tv, advertise washer and dryer yet dryer was broken at my check in and still not repaired 4 days later. When ask about it nobody knows nothing?!?

The whole facility needs to be upgraded. There is a feeling of “dirtiness” everywhere. Carpet has to go. Box spring covers are truly dirty. Without the rubber mat you can’t stand in the shower. It’s that slippery. One day accident is bound to happen. Majority of the security latches of the room doors are broken. Towels had some smell. Coffee maker in the room was poorly functioning. Thanks for the breakfast but the same items every day and the lingering smell half the day create aversion. Friendliness of the staff and convenience make up, to some degree, for the drawbacks.

Let me start by saying if you need a bed for a night, ok. We went here as we had a family emergency and needed to be close to the hospital. Walking up a staff member is yelling about their boyfriend or something while smoking and said, "If they don't like it go somewhere else" as we walker past. The front desk person was nice. The first room had no blackout curtains and the sheets had a black streak or stain on it. We got another room, they quickly accommodated. Half the light switches don't work. The shower was chipped and dirty. The fridge didn't work well and the freezer had ice taking up the entirety of it. There was a person sleeping in the lobby when we left to visit family, passed out in a chair with an unlit cigarette dropped on the floor. Leaving to catch a plane the next day at 4:30am people were just hanging out in a car in the parking lot. The whole 3rd floor smelt of weed and cigarettes despite signs saying no smoking or you will be charged. Like i said if you need a cheap bed, ok. But I've stayed at comfort inns that are slightly more money and in better conditions.
