Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, fairer Preis
Gut gelegen an der Dart Station und Dallas Market Center, geräumige Zimmer. Allerdings ist alles abgewohnt und macht einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Die 12 USD für das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu viel und Styroporteller inakzeptabel.

good location
I booked this hotel only due to its location (close to DART station) and the transfer option to the nearby Love Field airport. Big room with comfortable bed, AC is also heating (that is not every hotel), clean, airport transfer run smoothly. Internet was working only by the door of my room due to very week signal. In the room there was no wifi signal at all. For such price I would expect more.

Service was excellent! Rodney was a great help in assisting with a meeting that I needed to have as well as recommending dining options. Importantly, the beds were amazingly comfortable. Great price, great beds and helpful staff.

Old building with many maintenance faults. The extractor in the restroom didn't work. Very noisy AC. The carpet has many stains. The hot water was not very hot. They did not provide safe boxes. And the neighbors were so loud, you could hear everything from the aisle.

We checked into the hotel and when entering our room, it smelled like sewer so bad that we asked to be moved. In our new room, the shower knob was broken so we could not get any hot water. They came to fix the knob the next day but the best you could get was lukewarm water. Not to mention the motel was full and they only had one elevator working out of 3. After searching reviews seems the elevators have been down for multiple years. There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, or Microwave in the room. The ice machine on our floor was broke. The iron was broken so we had to ask for it to be replaced. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again!

Liked the hotel was roomy, updated and the nice restaurant for breakfast. I did not like the location with hardly any restaurants nearby, as well as the exterior was outdated.

The room was comfortable, and I liked the fact that they provided good quality dove soap because I have sensitive skin. The area was a little bit shady with many homeless people, and unfortunately there was no breakfast because it was Christmas.

This place is convenient for Market Center or Medical Center. Bed was comfortable. Everything was reasonably clean. But the place is not in good shape. Dingy carpet, uneven floors, no decor, 2 out of 3 elevators broken. Previous flaws painted over, instead of fixed. I’m rather shocked that Holiday Inn is ok having its brand name on this place.

We are in the process of renovating the hotel which is very much needed and during your stay if you have any issues with the room you are in like its to noisy or the room is to close to the elevator, let the front desk know and we will be more then happy to get you taken care of. First thing you see is all but one elevator are working. Once we get up to the floor with our room, there is a very bad musky odor. Entered the room which was pretty clean. Bed was hard, shower was mediocre at best. Hot water was hard to find. My wife found a long black hair on her towel. My wife has very short hair and it’s not black so it did not come from her or myself. Location was close to UTSW medical so it was convenient but being on Harry Hines Blvd, it’s not safe after dark. Fix elevators, replace carpet, redecorate and add security and it would be a place in which HolidayInn could be proud.

If during your stay you have these issues please notify the front desk and they will take care of you. We do have security from 10:00pm to 6:00am every day.
