Tolles Boutique Hotel in alten Gemäuern.
Super Service und ein freundlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Host. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr individuell. Das Frühstück kann auf einer tollen Dachterasse eingenommen werden. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel im Stadtzentrum von Cusco. Amazing
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, detailverliebt und etwas Besonderes in dem sehr schön renovierten Altbau. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, auch der Besitzer kümmert sich persönlich um die Gäste. Die Lage in der Nähe des zentralen Platzes in Cusco ist gut und man kann aufgrund der ruhingen Atmosphäre sehr gut entspannen. Es ist ein kleines familiäres Hotel an sehr guter Lage in Cusco. Vom Besitzer bis über das ganze Team kann ich nur schwärmen. Habe mich selten in einem Hotel sooooo wohl gefühlt !! Tolles Zimmer, super Service (Sogar zwei Bettflache im Bett) Ganz feines Frühstück ! Kann mir nicht vorstellen dass es ein Hotel mit mehr liebe zum Detail in Cusco gibt !!

Ich war 3 Tage im Rumi Wasi. Es ist ein kleines familiäres Hotel an sehr guter Lage in Cusco. Vom Besitzer bis über das ganze Team kann ich nur schwärmen. Habe mich selten in einem Hotel sooooo wohl gefühlt !! Tolles Zimmer, super Service (Sogar ein Bettflache im Bett) Ganz feines Frühstück ! Our stay at Rumi Wasi could not have been better and made our trip to Cuzco perfect. The manager Manuel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for and beyond! He was extremely helpful in making sure we avoided altitude sickness, gave the best recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit and even got us last minute tickets to Macchu Picchu (which every other agency told us was impossible). Our trip truly would not have been the same without Miguel and Rumí Wasi and we are so grateful. It was really like having a friend in Cuzco. The hotel itself is historic and beautiful with so many charming touches. It is also very close (a short walk) to the main square but far enough that it is nice and quiet at night. Our room had a rooftop terrace which gave us unbelievable views of Cuzco where we loved taking our breakfast and coffee up there (which was provided by the hotel and delicious). I could keep going on with praise but the main point is that our stay was magical and when we come back to Cuzco, we would never stay anywhere else. :)

This hotel is a house style place, takes you back in time and has a beautiful balcony, flowers and windows. It's very close to the plaza (5min away walking) and close to the turistic spots in Cuzco. Staff was very friendly too and helpful. I'll definitely consider this place for my next visit

I stayed here almost 7 years ago with my parents, happy to have returned with my now husband and family to this beautiful and quiet hotel that still remains a gem. Very close to Plaza de armas. No reception, but staff are very kind and manager is very communicative and available via WhatsApp.

The property is just round the corner from the main square in Cusco. We stayed for nine nights and loved it. The service from Manuel and Maribel was outstanding. He sent us a audio message prior to landing about avoiding attitude sickness and we followed his advice and had the perfect Cusco experience. Plenty of Coca tea and rest on the first day. We went to Rainbow mountain which is a challenging trek due to the attitude and Manchu Pincchu which was just amazing. Lovely courtyard and amazing views from the terrace. Cusco is so beautiful and this is a lovely place to stay.

Rumi Wasi is extraordinarily beautiful. Manuel was quit patient with us, as our flights were changed last minute. We appreciated his advice about the altitude. Our room was so beautiful, and breakfast was huge! We left late, and they had run out of bottled water, so my only advice is to fill your water bottles early.

Great location and I had a lovely welcome from Manuel, who also had some fab recommendations for dinner nearby. The breakfast was excellent. I had the Panoramic Studio Suite which had an incredible view of the city. The only downside was that it is right by the front entrance, which has a very loud doorbell that rings every time another guest is waiting outside to check in, or a taxi arrives to collect a guest

This was our second stay at this property. The property is very clean, well kept, quaint, and is in walking distance to the plaza. The area felt very safe to walk. The host, Manuel, was exceptional and very accommodating to our schedule from allowing us to store our luggage to arranging a taxi. He is very knowledgeable with excellent recommendations and was quick to respond to questions asked through WhatsApp. His advice to acclimate to the high altitude was spot on. A great place to stay when visiting Cusco.

We had to reach out by phone in order to get access, and despite we announced and aligned about our arrival, we had to wait outside for someone to come with the key of the hotel. Overall room was nice and clean. Bathroom needs update. Roof terrace was nice but due to bad weather wasn´t used that much.

The property host, Manuel reached out to us prior to our arrival and offered transportation from the airport. This was excellent as the driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. The property is very clean and quaint. Manuel also gave excellent advise to adjust to the altitude. Breakfast is ordered the night before and you pick the time and location where you want to eat. Everything was excellent and we plan to be back in 5 days.

Rumi Wasi was an excellent home base for our time in Cusco! Our first 3 nights we stayed in the suite with the private rooftop terrace and we loved our cute, cozy room with amazing views from the terrace. Our 4th night we booked a standard room which was good for just one night, would recommend the suite for a longer stay. The breakfast each morning is included in the price and they offered a nice customizable breakfast with fresh squeezed juice (so good!!) that we enjoyed on our terrace and then on the hotel’s little covered balcony which was great for the rainy day. One complaint I have, and this is in no way the fault of the hotel, is that it’s located on a street that has lots of bars/clubs so at night the music was very loud. In the suite room, we could hear the music all night long and this was on a Monday-Wednesday… my husband had earplugs which made it fine for him but I was bothered by it. I am so torn because I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on the hotel itself, and loved my stay overall, but the music situation was rough. In the second room we stayed in this was a non-issue because it’s not located on that part of the street. I have to shout out Manuel who was the hotel manager to greet us on our first night. He went above and beyond to help us with various things: arranging taxis, connecting us with a guide for Machu Picchu, making sure we were fully aware of altitude sickness and just overall such a kind and wonderful person. He was the best!

Amazing! We loved this hotel. I totally recommended this property. From the beginning, all the staff (Maribel & Ana) made us feel at home. Mr Manuel, the owner of the hotel, always was in communication with us if we needed something and pending about our health (regarding the altitude sicknesses). Breakfast, delicious. One of the best hotels that I've been. The staff are friendly and do their job well. The interiors are cute and fashioned. I do recommend to ask for the taxi to pick up directly from the airport to the hotel since the steep hill that you have to climb up from the Plaza de las Armas with your luggage will be hard work with little air to breath.

En general fue una muy buena estadía. La atencion es excelente y hotel muy bueno. El acceso no me gustó. No puedes llegar en auto hasta el frontis del hotel y debes subir un par de cuadras, en un lugar que se encuentra lleno de pubs y bares.

De hecho, nuestros transportistas si llegan y salen de la misma puerta del hotel. Organizamos el transporte de nuestros huespedes. En efecto, las cuadras que rodean a la plaza de armas tienen el problema de las discotecas. Afortunadamente estamos a 250 metros, que nos dejan cerca de todo y lo suficientemente lejos de la bulla.Saludos cordiales

We really enjoyed both our stays here. Extremely clean, make to order breakfast daily, hot water bottles for under your covers and extremely helpful and nice staff. No regrets staying here, they also stored our luggage while we were hiking the Inka trail.

Me parece que el hotel es muy bonito, muy típico de la ciudad. Manuel super amable y un super buen servicio, siempre buscando hacernos sentir como en casa. Solamente que muchos tours empezaban muy temprano y el desayuno empieza a partir de las 6am, debería de haber una opción de un lunchbox para poder llevarte, sobre todo que teníamos el desayuno incluido. Lo único super malo es la ubicación del hotel, esta en la única calle de Cusco donde están todos los bares y aunque las ventanas tienen sound proof si logras escuchar el boom boom de la música o los borrachos gritando, y ya en la noche caminar por esa calle para llegar al hotel se ponía medio fea porque había puro chavo borracho entrando a los bares. La calle en las mañanas apestaba.
