I booked a handicap room, when we got there we were told that they didn’t have any handicap room on the first floor, ok, so we were on the second floor, got to our room the chair in the chair was broke and not there the phone didn’t work and I couldn’t even plug my cpap machine in because the stand by the bed doesn’t move and I am handicapped and can’t get on the floor to plug it in! Really! So I used my cell phone called the front desk and she came up and plugged the cord in for me, I and I said what about the phone? Well she said let me move a few things around and see what I can do. Two seconds later, we had a room on the first floor! Ok, so I called the front desk and asked for another pillow and was told they didn’t have any! What? Never have I ever spent time in a motel that I couldn’t get an extra pillow! So I said can I have a few extra towels, no, they don’t have any! So what I think she was saying was housekeeping isn’t there so she had no access to them! What? I got those items the next day. Just wasn’t the greatest start! Don’t think I will ever stay at your hotel again! And I am pretty sure this review will not be posted so no one will know how uncomfortable we were!
