This getaway is less than a mile from the heart of Rockport, so you will have no delay in checking out the eclectic shops, tasty restaurants, and local grocery stores that make this coastal city so unique. While in town, check out Rockport Beach or The Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, Inc. For even more beach fun, make the quick 17-mile drive to Port Aransas Beach, where you can easily take a dip in the warm Gulf waters or read in bliss as the kids build sandcastles.

As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by clean lines, modern grey and white furnishings, and an open layout that seamlessly connects the full kitchen, large living area, and dining nook together. When you want to snag a bit of fresh air, the large deck will be ideal for sipping morning coffees, while the private hot tub is ideal for relaxing soaks. The enclosed yard can be the hub for mingling with loved ones while you relax on the grass! Grill up some burgers on the private gas grill. If you want to whip up more formal meals or movie night snacks, the full kitchen boasts bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space to make any recipe a breeze. A bar station is also near the living area, so a cocktail can be whipped up with ease.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell camera facing the front of the home, plus two additional Ring security cameras facing the driveway and the backyard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
