Staff was very friendly. I noticed there was a smile and polite greeting to every approaching guest and even those who were just passing the desk.

We booked a room with 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa. After checking in we noticed that the sleeper sofa had been removed from our room which resulted in one guest having to sleep on the floor. The hotel was not willing to accommodate us at all.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee and snack closet in the lobby were so helpful.

They should offer at least free coffee in the morning and not the little coffee pot that is in the room because it doesn’t make hot coffee
