„This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel.“

„Poor girl was by herself. So, nobody at the counter for 10 min. when I arrived. Only 1 elevator worked, at the time. Room was was ok, only decaf coffee in the kitchen. Next to zero water pressure in the shower, pathetic. When I got back from dinner, the elevator quit working, so walked up 4 flights with luggage. Sketchiest of areas. Just pay the extra $30-$50, and stay in Polaris area, next exit up I75.“

„The staff was fine but the place was overall a bit sketchy for me. Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". Non-smoking room was less smokey than the rest of the motel, but generally everything smelled like smoke - the lobby was heavy with it as soon as I walked in. „There was none of the usual things you find in a hotel room, there was no soap in the bathroom, no blow drier, there was nothing to make coffee with in the morning. There wasn’t a closet and the bathroom sink table was duck taped. The place is in need of some repairs. The ice machine also didn’t work.“

„The hotel was just deplorable.
The entire floor spelled of pot. The ac unit fell off the wall and I had to prop a chair against it to hold it up. You could visualize the outside from the inside of the ac unit. The sink was stopped up and no maintenance was on the premise to fix it. They asked if we wanted a refund, which we did then the manager would not authorize Expedia to issue the refund. „Stayed for 6 nights. Breakfast was good and it had all you needed. Every morning there was eggs and bacon and you could make your own waffles.
We did not spend much time in the room so it was perfect for out stay.
In the area there is not much. Most of the other hotels have closed down.
Staff is really friendly and we felt welcome.“
