The bedroom was nice, large, and clean.. until I moved the couch or nightstand. Dusty, dirty, and even a pink fingernail. We came for my child’s spring break because of the heated pool, but it was closed multiple times over our 5 day stay for “maintenance” that lasted for >5 hours. We were checked in under the wrong name. We asked for towels multiple times and no one was at the front desk every time we walked up. I don’t mind people smoking either, but they were clearly doing it in the room above us as the smell was inescapable. At 7:00am two mornings, they were doing construction on the room across the hall, adding new mattresses, singing loudly and yelling to each other. There was one employee we saw working diligently, maybe in her 50’s and blonde, she was very kind.

I love the friendly staff and the highlights were definitely the pool and hot tub. We didn’t like the small door for the bathroom and the pillows were not that comfortable but the room was great for the price. We also wish there were more supervision in the pool when there were more than 10 guest in it.

Gave only four stars on facility conditions because, while the hot tub worked wonderfully on Saturday, it wasn’t heating on Sunday morning. We were told there was no maintenance man on Sundays.

Staff were amazing. They were responsive and helped with questions I had. Hot tub was terrible. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. The pool was great. Parking lot was dangerous. I am very surprised we didn't get into an accident pulling in and out. The lot has no visibility.

Great hotel, Bad customer service
Well had the electric go out the first night into the morning. No heat, not hot water and no breakfast. Had got a jacuzzi room and could not use it until the power was restored. Then was told that nothing was going to be done to help accommodate our inconvenience. Poor customer service is the reason for our stay from not getting a higher rating because the hotel was nice and clean.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice but the floor was a little dirty. The hot tub and the pool were awesome. The jetted tub in the room only had 2 jets. The room we stayed at was noisy. You could hear the people walk above you and the highway noise sucked. But i would stay there again but on a top floor

pretty pretty , pretty good
pros : location, it's in a decent area near other shopping and right off the highway . clean,- the hotel lobby, parking lot and rooms were all very clean. the bed was comfy enough. I was able to park right outside my rooms window and accessed the outdoors via a nearby door just down hall. I got a room with a jetted tub and it was great. the main reason I stayed here lol. I only used it once though cons: noise. I forgot to bring a fan of my own. I tried using the fan in the room, on heater setting and on just "fan" setting... both were unbearable . sounded like a UFO descending ! just a weird squeaky sounds. the air systems in the rooms are clearly pretty old and noisy And should be replaced. I could not sleep with the fan on. I had to turn them off and turn on some "white noise" on YouTube on my phone. another con: more noise : I was woken up bright and early to banging noises on the second floor above me at 8am. the same repeated noises. slamming doors , people in the hall, the rooms aren't sound proof. I know that's to be expected in a hotel but this was bad. I could see a clear gap under the main door to my room so yeah I could hear all hall sounds and the smell of the breakfast at 8am was meh breakfast wasn't too great. wish I had stayed on the following day when they were gonna have the cheese omelets and sausage patties haha. the hot food I had was ok . but there wasn't a ton of variety . I'd stay again If I had my own loud fan to drown out loud noise .

The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff was extrenely king BUT.... There was no body wash in either rooms we stayed in. The phone in the one room didnt work. And there was no ice in the hotel to be found. I travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated. Over all i give it a 3 star rating

This hotel is perfect for anyone seeking mediocrity. The food is OK, the rooms are OK, the beds are OK, everything is OK. LOL Our room was very noisy, the doors slam all night long. The shower was, again, OK. It's like 2° cooler than you'd like, but clean. The pool was nice and the hot tub was clear and clean. Staff didn't even ask us how our stay was at checkout.. we joked it's because they knew our room (115) was noisy but OK. I read other reviews saying the hotel smelled like weed. It does at times but not heavy or smokey. My husband was able to smoke outside without people complaining. We wouldn't seek out BW again, but would stay again if our options were limited. Clean rooms, free breakfast, clean pool. We've definitely stayed at worse places.
