Overall good place to stay a big plus is that is pet friendly makes it easier when traveling with pets. Candice was always nice and polite greeted me with a smile every time. Ended up staying longer than initially planned but she made the check in less stressful. The lady maybe the manager, not as friendly or polite made me feel like I was asking to stay for free or for her to pay for my stay.

The room was very clean, which was a plus, but there were several items that should have been addressed that had not been addressed. One of these was the TV remote didn't work, so there was no TV. Also, the protective panel on the door that encased the batteries for the magnetic lock was gone, so the batteries and wires were exposed. The bathroom door was hung incorrectly and wouldn't close past the edge of the door jam.

Didn’t care much for housekeeping knocking on my door daily between 9-10AM. Even after telling them I did not need service they would return. The area is OK but the clientele seemed to be on the lower socioeconomic scale! Some were loud or smoked too close to my room. Noise from renovations going on also was annoying. I see that they are trying to improve the property but there is a lot that needs to be done. The room was fairly clean but if I had to stay in the area for any length of time greater then a day, I wouldn’t return to this property.

Overall decent experience with the room and the check in process as well as the good attitudes from the front desk receptionists… although when the housekeepers came through, they ruined one of my dental molds that cost me over $400… almost twice the cost of the room for the two nights. That itself was enough to only give this place 3 stars.

Never again!
Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. I'm handicap so I requested an accessible room. After riding my motorcycle (HD trike) for 12hrs from TX, I get there to them telling me they only have 1 room left on the 2nd floor & it's not an accessible room. Looks like they gave my room away since I checked in later in the night. I take it because either have no choice really, thinking I just won't be able to shower & the clerk said he would talk to somebody in the morning. Nope! Could barely move in the room & couldn't even get into the bathroom. The clerk never spoke with anybody. Day 2 I leave & come back late at night & the elevator doesn't work. I had to have somebody go up to my room to get my stuff. They "accommodated" me by putting me into another room, even though I was told none were available. Once I got into the other room, the window was wide open & the ac didn't work. Had to be on the road in a few hrs so I accepted it & went to sleep. Asked to speak with a manager when checking out & was told none were available. Called in when I got home & got the run-around after being told they would speak with corporate to see what they could do about maybe a discount or refund. Nobody ever called back. I called again now & was told I didn't book a handicap room & they I was just S-O-L. If I'm in a wheelchair, why would I not ask for an accessible room?! Never again will I ever stay here! $200 just to be hot, uncomfortable, & stuck in a room I couldn't even move around in

The bathroom door lacked 2 inches to be closed and was very dirty. Black fingerprints and some other substance may shampoo on the door. There was a dog in the room above us. It played with an object bouncing it around late into the night and barked frequently. Sheets less than desirable and only 1 thin blanket. The laminate floor looked new.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This is NOT a Suite and has absolutely NO amenities to advertise as such. It is the dirtiest, filthiest drug ridden place I have ever been to. Cops there all the time, druggies everywhere, the room was absolutely gross. The door to the bathroom had fecies on it, the floors were not swept or mopped, the room smelled like smoke, the bedding was horrific and even the bath towels that were provided were dirty! Worst place ever! This place should be reported to the authorities.
