Thanksgiving Stay
The house is nice, nicely decorated, and room for everyone, enough Bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The beddings and towels were extremely nice and plentiful. Bob is very nice and responsive. The only thing is that the house is old and need some repairs. but we didn't mind that.

Great Stay
Our family travels once a year to a new city and this has been a great stay. Robert is an excellent host. He welcomed us with a fresh fruit basket and refreshments. He went above and beyond. The home is beautiful and we couldn’t have stayed in a better area.

We absolutely LOVED staying in this house. It was so nice, very clean, in excellent condition, very welcoming. Bob is the best host there is. He is there to welcome you when you arrive. He has thought of everything, makes you feel totally at home. This house is also centrally located to everywhere and everything is near by. We would love to stay here again when we come to Texas in the future!!

The house was gorgeous and set up very well. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, which we did! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms roomy. Robert is a great host and I appreciate him showing us how everything worked and where stuff was. Location was perfect. We went to both Dallas and Fort Worth and the drives were easy. Would definitely stay there again!

WOW! Perfect Home
WOW! Perfect Home; exactly like the pictures, in a great area, and the owner, Bob, is amazing! Met us at the house, gave us a quick tour, and had a beautiful bowl of fruit, snacks, and a couple of bottles of wine for us. The nicest guy. Highly recommend you Book it. Perfect stay in Dallas
This was the first time we've stayed in the Dallas area NOT in a hotel. If you're not used to big city driving (and I'm not), Dallas can be intimidating, but this beautiful home is in a wonderful area that's easy to navigate. Everything we needed was close by: groceries, gas, Krispy Kreme, great restaurants and activities for the kids (golf, Dave & Busters, Main Event). I can't say enough about all the "extras" Mr. Salter provided, in addition to all the top-notch modern amenties in this lovely home (water, fruit, Keurig cups). The home was ready to enjoy from the very start of our stay. We look forward to returning to this property. Thank you, Mr. Salter, for sharing your home with us!

Very comfortable and a few good surprises
The house is as advertised. The owner, Bob, is very nice and very helpful. We were surprised to find a variety of snacks and other food for those of us who don't make it to the grocery store when we arrive late. The fresh fruit and wine was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend this property.

This place was so amazing the décor is up to date and modern. When we arrived Bob had the most amazing fruit Tray and wine awaiting us .he gave us a tour told us about the area if it wasn't for him we not have known about the stores that were close by he gave us directions in such great detail that I was able to find it the 1st try lol besides the fact of one small hiccup I think 1 of our guests liked his pillow we're not sure where it disappeared to but he was so kind and worked with us on replacing it. If he will have us we will definitely be staying with him quite often during games when the saints come to town that is lol we recommend this place to all of our friends and family there is nothing that you need to go out and buy this house has it all

Perfection at its best!!!
Perfection at its best, booked the home so friends and family could be away from home but still have the feeling of being at home. Booked the property for a Monday night football game. Absolutely fabulous!  The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything used in the house is of the best quality. The kitchen is a cook's dream. We were in heaven the moment we arrived at the property. Robert was a joy to work with, met us at the home and gave us a great overview of his beautiful home. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful decor with all the comforts of home!
Our family stayed at this home for a wedding. The whole house is very beautifully decorated and very comfortable too. The fridge was stocked with water bottles and there was fresh fruit waiting for us on the counter! The house is right behind a wonderful shopping center and close to the airport. It was very quiet and convenient. We highly recommend this property!

It was a lovely property in a very nice neighborhood. The entire home is very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed, right down to chilled beer mugs in the freezer. The five bedrooms were all very comfortable and decorated by a pro! We would definitely stay here again when we come to the Ft. Worth area. It was a gem!!

Absolutely Amazing
My friends and I stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. The owner Bob was super nice and had fresh fruit and water and all type of snacks waiting for us. The rooms were all beautiful with the most comfortable beds. It had a very open feel and lots of space. The house makes you feel right at home and it was hard to leave the house to even explore the city. We will definitely be using this home for future visits to Dallas.

Loved our house rental,..it was perfect in every way!
We absolutely loved this house!! Plenty of room for everyone with a nice layout too! It was close proximity to grocery store and the wedding venue! We loved the home. We were welcomed in style, each detail was well thoughtout.
Where do I begin, we were in Dallas to attend our daughters wedding, which was exquisite. The house was perfect for my siblings, our spouses and our friends. We were greeted by the homeowner with such graciousness. As we walked through the house we were surprised to see fruit on the counter, wine in the wine rack , eggs, juice ,water etc in the refrigerator along with a stocked pantry. Our family has rented quite a few homes for vacation for over 50 years so I know what I'm talking about when I say the owner made all the difference with his personal touches. After being in downtown Dallas, this home was so Zenlike, it was wonderful coming tona home where we could relax after each pre-wedding event. Each room was just as you viewed, impeccably clean with just enough interior decor. We utilized every square foot, including the porch and patio. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and DFW, which was quite convenient for our guests. We loved this home and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much for a great stay in Texas...everything in Texas was awesome! !

Super cute house!
We were in TX for my nephew's wedding (Idaho boy married a Colleyville girl) and were so happy that we found this house where several of us from three different states (WI, WA, CA) could stay together! The house is adorable, clean and in a great location; close to lots of things to do. Bob is a great host and responds right away if you need anything. We highly recommend this property!

Beautifully renovated home!
We could not have been more thankful to have found this home! Our family was specifically looking for a house to rent for out of town relatives that were visiting for our wedding. While we knew we could book a hotel, we really wanted an "at home" experience for our grandparents and other family. Mr. Salter made the booking/check-in process easy and enjoyable! Overall, this home is a great value! It was so nice to work with someone that is in the area as well. Mr. Salter made himself available for any questions we had. We recommend this home to anyone staying in the DFW area. Colleyville is a great location with easy access to all major attractions.

Spacious, nicely renovated home in a very quiet area with a nice country view.
Bob is a perfect host. He welcomed us in the house and give us a tour. We loved the house, backyard and nice country view. The house is recently renovated and feels brand new. Kitchen is stocked with everything your need. The beds are amazing, we all slept good. We had a relaxing weekend and love to come back.
