Check- In was okay. The bellman was extremely unfriendly, after we gave him the tip, it seemed that it was " nothing" to him. He looked very angry , didn't say thank you and smashed the door loudly on purpose. We really got afraid. When we left the next day the people from the valet parking got angry again because they thought they would get no tip!!! They begged for the tip in a very very unfriendly way! My wife had some dried pasta in her bed!!! The club staff was friendly but even there we didn't feel well. Only the receptionist when we checked -out was very nice and friendly, but he couldn't make the first impressions up again!
Gut: Maybe the Steakhouse, but NOTHING about the hotel!
Nicht so gut: I think the hotel needs a total refurbishment!! Concerning the rooms, the staff , maybe a RESET!!!!
