Veröffentlicht am 10.02.2014 auf HotelsTypisches US Motel. Hatten nichts auszusetzen. Grosser Parkplatz, akzeptables Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Zimmer ok. Liegt leider etwas außerhalb von Cleveland. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Badewanne war nur mit Badeschuhen begehbar. Sehr laute Zimmergeräusche die ganze Nacht durch. Frühstück war einfach gehalten, aber ok.
Internet war gut.

Das Hotel Days Inn in Willoughby ist Zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.
Veröffentlicht am 23.10.2010Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war Kontinental. Nichts besonderes, wer aber zu Hause jeden morgen auch nur Müsli ist, solte sich hierüber nicht aufregen. Dafür, daß es kostenlos war und man nicht nüchtern aus dem Hotel gehen musste, war es ausreichend. Kaffee, Tee uns Säfte konnte man trinken, soviel man wollte. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

CLOSED DOWN - DO NOT BOOK!!!
Veröffentlicht am 03.09.2021 auf HotelsBooked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!

This hotel was closed for asbestos removal. My wife and I had made reservations weeks before, but received no notification that we needed to find another place to stay. Very unprofessional.

When the lyft brought me to the building, nobody was there! I called the number and it was no longer in service. I was not informed of the hotel closing or moving and was essentially abandoned without warning. Horrible experience. ***DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT MIGHT NOT EXIST***

When i arrived to check in, i received my room key. when i opened the room there was someone's belongings(suitcase and shoes) right in front of the door. I went down to the front desk to address the issue and the front desk worker notified me that there are no rooms available and he couldn't help me. This was 7/17/2021. I am currently still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location/

This was the worst hotel room ever.
Didn't even stay 2 hrs. it was disgusting, smelled, blood on wall in bathroom, door didnt shut, etc
