Welcome to Driftwood Cove! This lakefront cabin is every lake goer's dream with stunning views of Lake Norman from every room in the house!

Start your day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the views from the living room with a wall of windows or take it outside to any of the porch Adirondack chairs. Life on Lake Norman has never looked so enchanting, you will spend your day outdoors soaking up the sun and enjoying a peaceful kayak ride. When the sun goes down you are going to want to wrap up the evening around the waterside fire pit roasting marshmallows and sharing memories with your friends and family!

This log cabin on the lake was amazing. We loved being able to see the sun rise through the massive windows in the living room. The master bedroom and bathroom were a perfect size. The bed was so comfortable. Contact with the property management team was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic at Mahogany Heaven and I can't say enough about Southern Charm. They were so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The house we perfect for our needs and had everything that we needed for an out-of-town Thanksgiving. We enjoyed exploring the area around the house as well as the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our stay was very nice, especially since our first reservation was cancelled due to a tornado. The inside of the house was very clean. The bedding upstairs and the seating in the living room needs updated. The outside of the house needs cleaned with a power washer and the garage was filthy. The house looks like it needs some tlc. But overall, it was acceptable, the cost was doable and the service of the office staff, Tatiana, was wonderful. Thank you for helping us to have a beautiful Sibling Retreat. We would return and would recommend your service. Thank you.

Lake home for the family
The property was as listed and clean. The appropriate amount of towels and toiletries was given. The keurig was broken however i texted in the morning and by the afternoon a new one was left at the front door. No complaints regarding the property or service. One of the upstairs bedrooms does not receive much air conditioning however fans were provided. We were at the house during 95 degree weather, i would imagine it would be better at other times. We would stay there again however next time during a cooler part of the year.

My new happy place!
Despite the crummy weather, we had a wonderful time! Best part is the walk-out backyard just a few yards from the dock. Beautiful view from everywhere in the cabin. We will be back. Keep upstairs bedroom doors open to stay cool! Learned that a little late. Overall, can’t wait to come back.

We had a couple of minor issues on check in. Maintenance took care of everything with a couple of phone calls and text messages. The property was very clean and was as noted on the Vrbo site. The kitchen was as well equipped as I have ever seen in a rental. I would rent from Southern Charm again.

One of the best stays
Everything was as it stated. One of the cleanest homes we have been in. Linens were good quality. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates & utensils for everyone. They had good pans that were not destroyed by other renters. The property was gorgeous, quiet, secluded. Only suggestion would be brightening up the kitchen with more lights but there were enough to see well. I just like a bright kitchen. We enjoyed the lake and area and spent a lot time at the cabin because it was so nice.

I do think it’s important to note the property is right next door to the marina and their is movement and noise next door from 8am until 5pm. Just information that I would want to know. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Mahogany Heaven. The location was conveniently located to many places, the home was clean and had everyday amenities. The informational digital screen was especially helpful! The home was spacious enough so that everyone had their own privacy. We loved every minute and can't wait to book again in the future.
