This was one of my worst experiences. Checked in on Saturday room is dirty- stain on carpet-stain on the bed sheets. Filter of the air conditioning absolutely filthy. I traveled with an infant. Monday night there was a fire alarm that when off. It was about 10:30 pm- the emergency lights were on- flashing- my son was getting very sick from the lights. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you travel to South Carolina DO NOT stay here.

Room smelled like cat pee, hair on sink and toilet. Additional charges like parking seemed extreme. Counters in lobby falling apart

Efficient staff but not very cordial! And just like everyone else Embassy Suites is losing its status as its service slips. The rooms here could use an upgrade!

We asked for down alternative and ended up discovering, in the middle if the night, that they had only changed one pillow to an alternative. The toilet wouldnt stop flushing, and the towel rack was busted. The front desk didnt seen to care. Every one else was great

Unhelpful staff at the frontdesk, were not able to assist with any request. Unit had plumming issues, hand soap missing.

Everything was clean but the property is seriously outdated. The rooms could definitely stand a refresh. Decor is old. My room had a cabinet door completely missing. Most importantly, there should be easily accessible recepticles/usb/usb-c ports from the night stand. I also did not appreciate having to pay for parking. That far out of the city, it should be free.

Close to, within walking distance to Performing Arts Center. Room not very clean, dusty and smelled bad

The breakfast staff was really nice. The omelette makers were superb. The managers suare could definitely use some upgrades.
