Rather shocked by this review Ann. You stayed here a few days and you never mentioned any of this to the front desk. If I stayed in a hotel and had concerns about a mouse, you'd better believe that I would be contacting the front desk ASAP. You did have a rather large amount of food garbage in your room (there was a garbage container 10 steps from your room door, you could have easily discarded your garbage. We have found no signs of any mice in that room. This Inn is known for it's very clean rooms, we are sorry you did not appreciate the room. Also, you were allowed to check-In very, very early at no extra cost, thank you for your appreciation.

Hello Gary, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We have a 9.2 rating because 99% of our guests love it here. The carpet was a bit damp because it was freshly shampooed, prior guests had spilled coffee all over ,so it was cleaned, we could not move you to another room because we were filled. The doors auto lock, so I am not sure what the trouble was? Maintenance looked at the door, no issues were found. Thank you for your review.

The Police had to come remove you from our nice room, as you refused to leave beyond check-out time and became violent, you and your girlfriend were already causing loud fighting drama in the room, you have personal issues you need to deal with, there were no bugs in your room but we did have to clean up your huge piss mess all over the bed, obviously you were so whacked out of it you lost control of your bladder. The police escorted you out and you are to never return here again, you are forever banned. This Inn is not your kind of place. The kind of behavior you displayed will not be tolerated here. You threatened to smear us with a fake bed bugs review, which I guess you have, however, that nasty tactic among your type of people will not work here, we will not put up with you.

Hi Robert, we have held this room reservation for you since May 2nd, others' could not reserve this room, you called at 5:02PM on the night of arrival. The Inn is sympathetic to your problem but cannot absorb the 3rd party fees for all those who do not take responsibility for their reservation. The Inn upheld their part of this reservation. Guests who do not follow through with their reservation should not try to do harm to the Inn by giving a bad review.

Hi Steven, Expedia did not provide information regarding your arrival with a pet, we immediately switched you to a canine friendly room(laminate flooring), Expedia is horrible about posting our dog rates ,even though they are well aware we charge for dogs, Crest Country Inn provides canine rates and policy information everywhere, you were charged the normal canine fee. Others who may be reading this, I would suggest that if you reserve through Expedia and you are traveling with a pet that you call the hotel prior to arrival and let them know you are traveling with a pet and discuss any fees , etc...The comment regarding a "Grimy floor" has been addressed with the maid. Sometimes if the cleaning solution is not properly ratio with water measurement for laminate flooring it can get sticky, the maid is new and learning, you were here for 3 days we would've appreciated hearing this in person when you came to the office throughout your stay.
